    <description>&lt;P&gt;I came back to tell you guys I forgot to tell you about the eagle that swooped down for Lucy last night!&amp;nbsp; Then I saw your post nomless which takes precedence...haha!!!&amp;nbsp; Woo-hoo!!!&amp;nbsp; Sounds wonderful!!!&amp;nbsp; Is it close to home...what you're interested in??&amp;nbsp; Tell us more!&amp;nbsp; I knew something would come along but I know it's hard when you're the one waiting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, we were out walking last evening and we both saw this big bird come flying like it was flying towards us....well, it was a Bald Eagle and It was VERY interested in Lucy...came down pretty darn close, flew right over our heads....it was so cool.&amp;nbsp; Yes, we picked up Lucy...lol!&amp;nbsp; Must have been hungry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Busy day today.&amp;nbsp; Ugh...I'm wired and I hate it!&amp;nbsp; I'd rather feel tired, don't care how many miles I'm getting in.&amp;nbsp; Talked with the Pharmacist about the "heart explosions" and he said splitting up the doses like I am(30 a.m., 20 around noon, and 10 in early evening) will help, but nothing you can really do other than Xanax or something which I'm not there yet.&amp;nbsp; Have so many weird reactions to meds, I'm afraid to take it.&amp;nbsp; I mean when you react to anithistamines and Benedryl....anything is possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway....good job everyone!&amp;nbsp; My shoulders are already sore...dh said his chest and bi's are sore...yes, we were together. &lt;img id="smileylol" class="emoticon emoticon-smileylol" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-lol.png" alt="Smiley LOL" title="Smiley LOL" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh....I agree...stupid show!&amp;nbsp; We couldn't watch it...bleck.&amp;nbsp; The PT's drove me up the wall...too far out there and crazy.&amp;nbsp; Exercise, eat healthy, look at food as fuel...no magic formula. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yay, Rachb, you have a goal. &amp;nbsp;We'll be happy to cheer you on along the way. &amp;nbsp;Welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, I did nothing today. &amp;nbsp;But I did order the BodyGym mostly because of the DVDs. I have the Tony Little bar, but I don't like his DVDs and I can never remember what moves I can do with the bar. &amp;nbsp;I hope Marie's DVDs are better than Tony's. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's so cold here. &amp;nbsp;Humbug! &amp;nbsp;But I can tell each day is getting a little longer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent most of the afternoon watching the Restaurant Starup show on CNBC. &amp;nbsp;On one of them, a group from my town was featured, but they were eliminated straight away. &amp;nbsp;I'll check out their restaurant sometime....I hadn't heard of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm new here. &amp;nbsp;I did an hour on the treadmill today, fake push-ups, and little weights for arms. &amp;nbsp;Later I will do my excises for the back. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today was easy, since I didn't work. &amp;nbsp;I need to come up with a better schedule for work days, since they are hit or miss for me. &amp;nbsp;(On work days, I'm usually out of the house minimum of 12 hours.)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Saturday everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome MarielG, &amp;nbsp;It's hard when your gone for a long time at work. &amp;nbsp; You did great today! &amp;nbsp;Anything that keeps us moving is good!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I walked with my sister today outside since it was 40 and felt like Spring! &amp;nbsp; Then took Logan to the trail and did it 2x...some Total Gym and band work too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless I have Tony Little's Bar too but I can't find the DVD. &amp;nbsp;I just do what I remember but I also ordered the Marie Osmond one. &amp;nbsp; My sister expressed intereset in it so I'm getting it for her as a little "gift"...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're under a Winter weather advisory for tonight into all day tomorrow, ending at 7 am on Monday! &amp;nbsp; Ugggg hope we don't get as much as they are saying....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patty, how is your weekend going? &amp;nbsp;I sure hope DS is doing alright and DH is feeling better. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have much more to add so enjoy your evening!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/8b/cf/eb/8bcfeb49d89c32dde904db330a505ee4.gif" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Love all the pics. &amp;nbsp;My first exercise class of 2016 was pound class at the gym. &amp;nbsp;I also ordered the Body gym since I'm having a litte trouble in power class due to a shoulder injury. &amp;nbsp;Hoping to supplement at home with that. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next up, spin class tomorrow morning. &amp;nbsp;I am dreading the crowds at the gym this first week of January but it's always nice to see people start to take care of themselves again. &amp;nbsp;And there are no fake pushups. &amp;nbsp;They all count!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best wishes all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone...happy Sunday.&amp;nbsp; Welcome to the new faces...happy to see you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a few miles in this morning before church....was going to be a day off but I wasn't near as sore as I expected to be from yesterday(and it's so nice out).&amp;nbsp; My legs anyway, my upper is sore from pull-ups, push-ups, and some other stuff we did on the circuit machines and bars at Mt. Trashmore but not terrible...feels good. Ran the hills and steps and seriously almost keeled over....man, they're tough.&amp;nbsp; Have to start doing that more...or walk them...lol.&amp;nbsp; Even DH was huffing and puffing and had to catch his bearings for a minute.&amp;nbsp; We got in over 10-miles in addition to that stuff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh....one of the circuits is like Bench-Jumps(over-the-bench, bench-jump-overs, whatever you want to call them)...but it's over a bar instead of a bench.&amp;nbsp; Well, my hands were sweaty and I got tired and my shoe hit the bar instead of clearing it and my hand slipped at the same time.&amp;nbsp; Yeah....I went down.&amp;nbsp; I'm the biggest klutz around.&amp;nbsp; I can't win...shouldn't go out in public.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="manfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-manfrustrated" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_man-frustrated.png" alt="Man Frustrated" title="Man Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm always so happy to have my decorations down and put away, feels 'fresh' to me.&amp;nbsp; We are in house-hunting mode and planning for COC and the move.&amp;nbsp; Lots to do. People are already planning some get-togethers because they know Feb will be here before we know it and it will be busy.&amp;nbsp; We will probably do a house-hunting trip soon...if we can find anything we want to look at.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone is doing okay.&amp;nbsp; I taught Sunday-School then had Toddler Nursery so my brain is drawing a blank...lol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OH!!&amp;nbsp; We saw CONCUSSION with Will Smith.&amp;nbsp; Excellent movie....disturbing, but I'd say a must-see if you're even slightly interested in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Up and at 'em early today.&amp;nbsp; Ran to the gym and it was nippy!&amp;nbsp; That damp wind will do it.&amp;nbsp; We actually had snow today even though it's up to 39*, but like I said, it's just damp and windy out. Ran, walked, and cross-trained with weights and body-strength exercises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was all showered and heading out and we smelled gas again out front so dh called Housing.&amp;nbsp; Well, that turned in to fire trucks and er vehicles flying to our house and lining the street.&amp;nbsp; Had a gas leak, they fixed it...I hope. &lt;img id="manfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-manfrustrated" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_man-frustrated.png" alt="Man Frustrated" title="Man Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Took some jeans back to Nordstrom's this morning(after the gas ordeal) and there wasn't anyone working there!&amp;nbsp; The place was darn near empty.&amp;nbsp; Then went to Ghent and out to lunch, it was nice....once dh stopped working and put his blackberry down. &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless, hope you can get back into a good routine that works for you.&amp;nbsp; bopper, hope the doctor appt went well.&amp;nbsp; I have one on Wed and Thursday I think....ay, want them over with.&amp;nbsp; Laura, I thought about doing SPIN this morning also.&amp;nbsp; My lats are already sore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pound and Power this morning. &amp;nbsp;I told my ride teacher that I did not like him anymore between yesterday's spin class and he subbed for Power today. My legs really hurt and I don't usually get sore. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He did redeem himself somewhat by showing my how to not use the bar during shoulders and just use plate weights since I hurt myself a few months ago. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And my Bodygym shipped so yay! &amp;nbsp;Here comes the home workouts... &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone else has a great workout today!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in a foul mood today!&amp;nbsp; I was up all night again with the bugs under my skin, joints aching, nauseous, hot flashes, hives in the form of welts, and my lips, eyes, and nose all swollen today.&amp;nbsp; DH is on leave, we wanted to do somehting every day but that isn't happening today, can't be seen in public.&amp;nbsp; I'm so over this, I'll never get off the steroids at this point.&amp;nbsp; But I can not imagine how I would look if I wasn't on them....I'd be using my Epi-pen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless....I'm glad you enjoyed your shows.&amp;nbsp; How has your foot been feeling lately?&amp;nbsp; Hopefully better since you gave it a rest.&amp;nbsp; I got some new Nikes that I love and I think some of it is they're higher in the heel which helps my old PF injury.&amp;nbsp; I love them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura....I've done the back-to-back classes too but I tend to get bored and start watching the clock, wish I wasn't like that.&amp;nbsp; Not that it's easy, kind of bored, but too long for me and I feel like I need to get going, have things to do, etc....I really think it has to do with my ADD.&amp;nbsp; I've done the TRX and boxing classes back to back here but my mind starts wandering towards the end and time seems to stand still.&amp;nbsp; I could be medicated...lol.&amp;nbsp; I also have shoulder injuries so have had to readjust...not willing to have surgeries.&amp;nbsp; My hamstring was ripped off too and that will always be problematic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bopper...guess no news on the pup.&amp;nbsp; That stinks!&amp;nbsp; We'll keep praying, stranger things have happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Snowing this morning and actually stuck.&amp;nbsp; Windchill was 11* which is well below average for this area.&amp;nbsp; It didn't feel as cold as yesterday though when it was 39* and snowing...it's weird.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Okay, I'm going to attempt heading out, dh and Lucy are ready to roll.&amp;nbsp; My steroids and caffeine have kicked in enough to over-ride the no sleep.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cater, canine, tony...and anyone else I missed....hope you're okay.&amp;nbsp; Thanks again for prayers cater...I think of you often and your kind words(evryone else too, I don't mean that, just how you pop in here with that is so touching).&amp;nbsp; He had a bad day of pain yesterday, next infusion is Friday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, very windy today and it's 17 outside but wind chill has to be around 0. &amp;nbsp;Not sure I"ll go out and walk with Logan, his feet get cold. &amp;nbsp; I have my Proform bike out and will ride that and then do some free weights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I watched BL too and liked the format. &amp;nbsp;I did miss Allison though I also liked her. &amp;nbsp;Richard Hatch from Survivor surprised me being on there. &amp;nbsp;I guess the money he won on Survivor he gambled it all away....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving to all our new friends here !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patty glad everything is alright now. &amp;nbsp; How scary for you all. &amp;nbsp; Thanks for the good wishes on the dr. appt.
