    <description>&lt;P&gt;Who takes these and what, if any, benefits have you noticed?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I think it a good idea to take vitamin d supplements, especially due to the fact that I avoid the sun like the plague and am sure I am probably deficient. According to the stats Andrew read, 4 out of 5 are deficient in vitamin D. I often feel fatigued and wonder if anyone has noticed vitamin d helped with that. TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
