They seem to do this every couple of years. I like the points plan and lost weight then they went to points plus and I and others seem to struggle with losing weight. I think that fruit and veggies should not be free because they still have calories. You can't tell me you can eat 5 bananas a day plus your regular food and lose weight. I know they are focusing more on being healthy and not so much the number on the scale. I guess we shall see.

I lost 25 lbs on this WW plan. It's the only one I have been able to follow and like. I am Lifetime and still count points on my app every day. I love it. Oprah always has to get her hands in everything ans change it. My question is why she never followed the program years ago?

I hope it's still eat what you want as long as you count the points. I don't agree with the free fruit gimmick because fruit still has calories as do vegetables. I can't eat the amount of fruit they suggest because 1. It's to expensive, 2 who wants to go to the store several times a week for fresh fruit and veggies and 3. If I do eat the recommended amount of fruit I put on weight. I still did better on the point plan.
