    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I forgot to post yesterday, I did 25 miles on my Xbike and some rebounding and a trail walk with my son and Logan...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just finished a walk outside and some Total Gym,,,going to be helping my son pack for his move.... &amp;nbsp;Mama is sad about him moving but it's the next step in his young life!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony it was super dark here yet at 8 am this morning, clouds and looks like rain. You work long hours,,,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;skylark Logan almost got sprayed by a skunk...no thank you !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless not much news here either, which isn't a bad thing either. &amp;nbsp; Leaves are going to be at peak color this weekend so will probably take a ride on Sunday to see some waterfalls and leaves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Happy October...love those pictures and that little peepee puppy, Bopper. &amp;nbsp;Bought some New Balance shoes and took Angie for a walk. &amp;nbsp;I think they'll have to go back,my feet hurt. &amp;nbsp;Pay ALOT of money to have my feet hurt grrrrrrr. &amp;nbsp;Maybe I should give them another day.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Nomless,my Granddaughter also looked at Washington U. She said the campus was gorgeous. They offered her a nice scholarship too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Weather here is perfect for me. 60's and breezy. &amp;nbsp;Love it. I hope everyone is safe from that storm coming to the East Coast.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OMG skylark I didn't realize the puppy was peeing.......... &amp;nbsp;Yikes............&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I walked 5 miles this morning and it was chilly. &amp;nbsp;Bird bath frozen solid this morning. &amp;nbsp;I had to wear a fleece headband and gloves this morning but I enjoyed it a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that puppy picture doesn't offend anyone, I honestly didn't notice he was going to the bathroom....yee gads!!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;LOL, Bopper. &amp;nbsp;I laughed at the puppy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I &amp;nbsp;didn't do a workout today,. &amp;nbsp;Instead, I saw De Niro in "The Intern." &amp;nbsp; Cute movie, fun afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although I have a new set of Malden Mills sheets, I ordered the TSV sheets. &amp;nbsp;I've had Malden Mills before and they pilled. &amp;nbsp;Before I bought the new set, I looked for sheets in other fabric that was cozy but might not pill. &amp;nbsp;I couldn't find an alternative to fleece or flannel at the time. &amp;nbsp;When I saw today's sheets, I decided they're worth a try....it sure looks like they're pill-proof. &amp;nbsp;We'll see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a job interview tomorrow, but I'm not sure it's one I want. &amp;nbsp;I decided to talk to them, though. &amp;nbsp;When a door opens, I might as well check it out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone.&amp;nbsp;I have today off.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to run some errands and plan on getting in a walk this evening.&amp;nbsp; It's super windy today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bopper - Thank you for the great pictures.&amp;nbsp; I never would have noticed what the puppy was up to!&amp;nbsp; Winter is fast approaching -- ugh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark - I have some New Balance shoes and they are very comfortable.&amp;nbsp; They really didn't require any break in at all, so what you are experiencing now is probably how they will stay.&amp;nbsp; Mine are&amp;nbsp;rounded in the toe area - styles that have more of a pointed&amp;nbsp;toe do hurt my feet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless - I bought the TSV sheets too!&amp;nbsp; I have the Polarfleece sheets that were a TSV a while back.&amp;nbsp; Mine did pill, but I may have used too much heat on them.&amp;nbsp; They say to wash them in cold water, but I just feel better using at least warm water when I wash the sheets.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I'm going to follow the rules with these though!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Friday everyone, it's chilly here again but sunny. &amp;nbsp; Today was a strength day so I warmed up on the bike and then did lower body and abs with some arms on my TG. &amp;nbsp;Just took a trail walk with Logan too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 3 sets of the polar fleece, &amp;nbsp;none of mine have pilled....I wanted those Berkshire but I didn't need more sheets so refrained.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also need new walking shoes so I supposed I should to the practical thing and get some haha...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enjoy the rest of the day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not as good as doing the DVD but for me &amp;nbsp;this is progress!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes to soup season! Nomless, let me know if the book is worth buying. I have been making lots of apple Betty, too.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Cardio done. &amp;nbsp;Blah...I wasn't into it so I went slow and called it a day. &amp;nbsp;Better than nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder why the MM fleece sheets pill for some but not others. FWIW, I wash them in cold, dry with air only, no additives used in wash, and I don't use anything in the dryer. &amp;nbsp;I hope I have better luck with the furry sheets. &amp;nbsp;WMN, we'll have to compare notes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony, I didn't know there was a Chalean book. &amp;nbsp;I'd probably just look at it and not do it, lol. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cookbook I got is BHG Ultimaye Soups and Stews. &amp;nbsp;I have aeveral on the Ultimaye series and like them . &amp;nbsp;I found a "like &amp;nbsp;new" copy on Amazon market place for 79 cents or so so with shipping, it was about $5. &amp;nbsp;Worth a try. &amp;nbsp;I haven't had much time to look at it yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The interview went ok, I think, but I'm not sure I want the job. &amp;nbsp;We'll see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to go do some cleaning. &amp;nbsp;Better get at it. &amp;nbsp;Have a good weekend, everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I didn't do much of a formal workout either, wasn't into it either. &amp;nbsp;My GD is here with me so we just took a trail walk, watched some funny movies and baked cookies...now doesn't that sound fun ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's cold here and partly cloudy. &amp;nbsp;I don't like the darkness so early and also dark in the morning now. &amp;nbsp; Not a fan!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony I saw that Tony was retiring, so you went to the race?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless Soup is such a easy thing to prepare and then you have it for a few days or freeze it. &amp;nbsp; Love soup here, I usually don't follow a recipe, just throw in whateve I have but I'm sure there are many soups I wouldn't have a clue how to make without a recipe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I liked the TSV but don't need it and wasn't sure anyone I knew would get use out of it so passed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Watching baseball now, have a nice evening!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Believe it or not she still has a little skunk aroma to her. &amp;nbsp;It's &amp;nbsp;around her face where I can't put all the soap and vinegar. Daisy is fresh as a ....well, Daisy lol.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Skylark, that skunk aroma is stubborn. &amp;nbsp;My goodness. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't do anything yesterday, but today I did ChaLean Burn 1. &amp;nbsp;This is the 4th day I've done it, and it's already easier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a cloudy day today in the 60s. &amp;nbsp;I've been having trouble sleeping due to the night time temps....too cold for a sheet only, but too warm to use a blanket. &amp;nbsp;I spend most of the night grabbing a blanket, thn throwing it off me. &amp;nbsp;Crazy. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wish I had more news but I don't. &amp;nbsp;Things are pretty quiet around here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just checking in-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Bopper- I'm not liking this dark either! I leave for work in the dark 5:30 &amp;nbsp;and get home in the dark 8:30. I feel like I have lost the whole day. I worked this past weekend, it wasn't awful but not great either. &amp;nbsp;Yes I went to Loudon. can be a boring race cos of the track but you cant beat seeing it and hearing it live. No earplugs allowed!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Nomless-I was using the book that came with the DVDs. It pretty much follows each DVD but does not have the warm-up, cool- down or the 3 extreme exercises at the end of each exercise. As long as I can count to 12, I am good! It will be interesting to see what comes of your interview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Skylark- nothing like a great perfume!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Well, t's been cool here- 42 when I went to work yesterday and 46 when I got out. 50's today but they say warm- up to 70's is coming.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I forgot to post yesterday, I did 25 miles on my Xbike and some rebounding and a trail walk with my son and Logan...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just finished a walk outside and some Total Gym,,,going to be helping my son pack for his move.... &amp;nbsp;Mama is sad about him moving but it's the next step in his young life!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony it was super dark here yet at 8 am this morning, clouds and looks like rain. You work long hours,,,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;skylark Logan almost got sprayed by a skunk...no thank you !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless not much news here either, which isn't a bad thing either. &amp;nbsp; Leaves are going to be at peak color this weekend so will probably take a ride on Sunday to see some waterfalls and leaves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Always something. I went to that yesterday,did a mile.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all, it's a gloomy and rainy Thursday here. &amp;nbsp; I did the bike and some rebounding amongst cleaning and vacuuming and helping my son ( baseball son) &amp;nbsp;pack up. &amp;nbsp;He's going to be about a 20 hour drive from here so not to doable for us anyways. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm watching the baseball playoffs, Tony are you watching?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm glad Logan didnt' get skunked too, can't even imagine. &amp;nbsp;He was just groomed yesterday and is quite handsome I must say. &amp;nbsp;The lady said he has SO much fur come off. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not much going on other than that, which isn't a bad thing either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;enjoy the day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
