    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everybody.&amp;nbsp; I want to thank you all for your encouragement -- it worked!&amp;nbsp; Although I weigh myself everyday, Mondays are my official weight recording day.&amp;nbsp; This morning I was only a half pound heavier than my lowest weight through the week, which has not been the case in a long time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I was in a cycle where I would lose through the week and gain it all back on the weekend.&amp;nbsp; This forum&amp;nbsp;has absolutely helped me&amp;nbsp;regain my focus.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I just got back from a walk -- boy it gets dark fast now (live in&amp;nbsp;southern Michigan), but the fall weather is my favorite.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bopper- we are getting the muggy after you. I am not complaining! &amp;nbsp;Right now I am sitting on the porch with my DD pumpkin coffee enjoying the sun, the birds, the crickets and katydids. &amp;nbsp;Very peaceful. I was gonna go for a walk after coming home from errands but my coffee was calling me!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless- I hope you boring days are winding down. I truly hope the job comes through for you. &amp;nbsp;AND I hope your foot gets better!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark-I was thinking of you yesterday. you know I live in a rural area. There is a mountain in my town which is part of the state forest- hiking and skiing, ect. The lodge and commercial area of the mountain is in the next town - they have BBQ fest, apple fest, kid fest, country fest....This past weekend was Farm fest-a big &amp;nbsp;farmers market, crafts, animals.... Anyway, a water buffalo was attacked by a porcupine-quills to its face- broke out of its pen and ran away. &amp;nbsp;The local farmer was concerned cos of coyotes and other wild animals finding the buffalo before he did. But the buffalo was found and all is well. I did see my porcupine the other day when I left for work- Cupie has not attacked me yet. Another big news story from Massachusetts! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patty- hope all is well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cater - hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OK- back to porching!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went on my usual morning walk even though it's still hot here. Our 5am temps are typically between 85 and 93 degrees. I've gotten used to just biting the bullet and getting my walk over with. Once the sun comes up, the temps quickly rise to over 100.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Deeva, nice to meet you. &amp;nbsp;Morning walks is a nice way to greet the day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Tony. &amp;nbsp;I'm glad your critter story turned out ok. &amp;nbsp;Enjoy your porching!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Bopper. &amp;nbsp;It's hot and humid here, too. &amp;nbsp;We had a couple weeks of autumn weather, but now it's back to normal with another blast of summer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I started back on a strength and flexibility program. &amp;nbsp; It has to be done. &amp;nbsp;Ugh. &amp;nbsp; I did Katami's I Am Change 4x4 disc 1 level 1. &amp;nbsp;I'm starting at the beginning. &amp;nbsp;4 sets of 4 exercises, each set done twice. Each set is &amp;nbsp;1 min cardio, 1 min lower body, &amp;nbsp;1 min upper body, 1 min core. &amp;nbsp;Repeat, then go on to the next set. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;About 45 minutes. It' pretty easy but it made me sweat. &amp;nbsp;Katami is a pleasant trainer. &amp;nbsp;He encourages but doesn't get loud and crazy. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey, Patty, thinking of you. &amp;nbsp;I hope your family is doing well. &amp;nbsp;I think of DS and DH often. &amp;nbsp; I hope Lucy is enjoying her outings with you and staying out of trouble. &amp;nbsp;LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Luckily they came and fixed it about 4. Winter will be here soon as you said. I love the Autumn,I feel energized and somehow renewed in the Autumn of the year.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, it's very dreary here this Wednesday. &amp;nbsp;When I left to get groceries I have never and I say "never" driven in fog so bad as it was this morning. &amp;nbsp;Throw in snow and it would have been like driving in a blizzard. &amp;nbsp;Couldn't see the tail lights of the car in front of me. &amp;nbsp;Very glad to get home and now it's been raining and thundering bad for an hour &amp;nbsp;Poor Logan is afraid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deeva nice to meet you and hear you love to walk as much as I do. &amp;nbsp; It's sure been a hot streak though hasn't it and muggy. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony that's quite the story with the water buffalo and porky. &amp;nbsp;I love where you live, lots of nature and excitment. &amp;nbsp; Love sitting on a porch too, (if I had one) &amp;nbsp;hahaha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark glad the AC got fixed, this isn't the time for that to break down! &amp;nbsp;For us we'll go from 90 to 40 in 1 day,,,that's how we roll here in the North! &amp;nbsp;haha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless glad you got that good workout in. &amp;nbsp; Speaking of I almost forgot to say mine today. &amp;nbsp; I got my 10,000 steps in after I shopped this morning, rebounding on the mini tramp. &amp;nbsp;I'll do more later this afternoon but need to let my lunch settle first. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone noticing how often the hosts are pushing the Q card and the 3 EP with it? &amp;nbsp;I don't have one and don't want one! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wishing everyone a great day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I wish you had a porch-then you would have an excuse for an extra coffee break! Are you still down to one car? we have 5- you can borrow one! I was gonna ask you about the Q card- yeah, I'm steering clear. It's good PR &amp;nbsp;and good plan to keep people shopping ( and broke)!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless- I am so envious that you decided to bite the bullet- I say I am going to do it everyday- but......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deeva- Hi! I like to walk, too. But I am a slug- I always need to talk myself into some activity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark- I left out chippy, the little chipmunk that lives in the stone wall and is always running around here!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, did a long workout today about 2 hours with TG, Urban Rebounder, and bike....Met my step goal by 11:30 am so now any extra will be that much better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony I'd love a porch, one with an old fashioned rocker, and ferns hanging along the front. &amp;nbsp;I can certainly see myself sipping my coffee and watching the wildlife!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless hot and humid here too. &amp;nbsp;The last 2 days have been pretty horrible..It's starting to break up now so maybe we'll get some sun this afternoon and the humidity will lift.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost football time, wow! &amp;nbsp;Hard to believe..I'm still in baseball mode though of course.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deeva did you get a walk in this morning?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark a chippy almost lost his life to Logan this morning...he almost caught it..it went into a little bird house on my deck...hiding!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving to all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, all. &amp;nbsp;I have nothing to report today, it's a rest day. &amp;nbsp;I've been paying bills (ugh), reading, and making a grocery list for tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;Pretty dull day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a deck, a small one, that's sort of like a porch. &amp;nbsp;I don't use it very often because it's too hot to sit in the sun and there are too many bugs, especially wasps. &amp;nbsp;I'd love a screened-in deck so it would be bug-free and shady.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;60 min cardio done. &amp;nbsp;I'm drenched.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the night, a bracket holding a kitchen cupboard shelf in place broke. &amp;nbsp;The shelf fell, of course, causing the cupboard door to open, allowing dishes to scatter all about. Nothing broke. &amp;nbsp;It's all piled on the counter now while I wait for a guy to come fix it. &amp;nbsp;Fingers crossed he can get here today, so I don't have to wait until next week to put things away. &amp;nbsp;I bet the cats were startled when they heard a crash in the middle of the night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish everyone a fun holiday weekend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#333399"&gt;Hi all,just got back from a two mile walk with Angie. &amp;nbsp;It was almost dark and cooler than the day. &amp;nbsp;So aggravating we get accosted by dogs pretty often. Tonight it was a big Doberman,don't know where he came from. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes it's a gang of Standard Poodles (seriously) 4 of them. &amp;nbsp;The Dobermans owner was yelling at him from a block away. He seemed harmless enough but big. &amp;nbsp;We made it home alive.lol&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#333399"&gt;Nomless, a nice shaded screened deck would be really nice. &amp;nbsp;I bought one of those popup screen houses Q used to sell. &amp;nbsp;I put it on my patio,it was ok,kept bugs out. We kept it in our little shed over winter and the mice chewed it to bits. Also that kind of noise in the night would freak me out like it did your cat. &amp;nbsp;I bet she jumped straight up in the air like they do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3" color="#333399"&gt;Hope you all have a great Labor Day weekend.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I forgot to check in yesterday! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yesterday was Total Gym and rebounding..and today was X bike and Rebounding. &amp;nbsp;Got my 10,000 steps in but wil get in more this afternoon. &amp;nbsp;I'ts going to be 90 today and tomorrow, uggggggg &amp;nbsp;not a fan...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless I bet that really scared you! &amp;nbsp;Yikes, I sure hope he can come fix it today and glad nothing broke! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark I get bothered by loose dogs too and it annoys me so much and the owners just stand there and yell to their dog ( who doesn't listen) and how do we know their dogs won't bite us or our dogs ( which are on leashes mind you) &amp;nbsp;grrrrrrrrrrr &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speaking of.........last night we went to the Harbor Blues Festival on the lake and there are signs posted everywhere, NO DOGS, and NO SMOKING,,,,,so what do we see? &amp;nbsp; Dogs and people smoking. &amp;nbsp;How hard is it to tell someone who is going through the gate ( with their dog that dogs are not permitted on the grounds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to make baked beans to bring to the picnic tomorrow so will do that today and then transfer to the crock pot to bring. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping you all have a nice weekend!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just finished Katami. &amp;nbsp;Lots of good exercises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark, I bet you and Angie were nervous when the Dobe came running up. &amp;nbsp;So glad it turned out ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Bopper, good job. &amp;nbsp;The guy came yesterday and fixed the kitchen cabinet shelf. &amp;nbsp;I was so happy to get things put away and tidy again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got my electric bill and was surprised that it'ts almost double what it usually is. &amp;nbsp;Then I realized it's because I'm home during the day more often. &amp;nbsp;I'm using more AC (I used to turn it up before I left for work each morning) and my tv is on nearly all day, not just in the evening. Oh-oh. &amp;nbsp;I'll have to tweak my budget to accommodate the increase. &amp;nbsp;I'm buying less gas for the car, maybe they even each other out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very hot and humid here. &amp;nbsp;I declined an invitation to go to a ball game with a friend. &amp;nbsp;I just can't take the heat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I rode my X bike for 15 miles and did 30 on the TG and then we headed out to a family picnic. &amp;nbsp;It was very nice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the way home it got super dark, windy, poured with lots of thunder and lightening. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that, my day was pretty much all she wrote! LOL&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, all. &amp;nbsp;I hope you're having a fun holiday. &amp;nbsp;Bopper, how nice of the rain to hold off until after the picnic yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, I did Tony's P90 Sculpt A. &amp;nbsp; It' s discouraging that I'm back to the beginning re: strength but it's my fault for ingnoring it for a lomg time. &amp;nbsp;I ned to stay disciplined and keep on track now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cloudy day here, but no rain yet. &amp;nbsp;I did some vaccumming and mopped the kitchen floor. Then some reading. &amp;nbsp;ANW tonight, I hope it's a new episode. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes on holidays they air a rerun.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, today was cooler but still very muggy as it is still tonight. &amp;nbsp;I'm watching ANW too nomless. &amp;nbsp;It's new!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did Xbike and lots of rebounding today...then we went to some waterfalls and did some hiking. &amp;nbsp; It was fun but we were breaking a bead for sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless you did good on your P90, it won't take long to regain your strength. &amp;nbsp;Remember muscle has no age, it will come back! &amp;nbsp;Just keep at it. &amp;nbsp;I am already stronger from &amp;nbsp;upping my TG level...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Okay back to ANW, short week this week with the Holiday!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
