      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well that's good nomless. &amp;nbsp; I was afraid I was losing it! Hahha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I walked 5 miles this morning and then did abs on the TG and some Pilates to stretch out. &amp;nbsp;It's very muggy here. &amp;nbsp;It's not hot but the humidity and temp are almost the same. &amp;nbsp;Lots of flies outside too, the bitting kind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glad you have a vacation day today and got your workout in. &amp;nbsp;Have fun with your friend today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patty thinking of you, hoping the day is going alright for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony that race was too late for me to watch but I saw a bad crash near the end on the news. &amp;nbsp; Glad he was alright!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I did a mixed workout today. &amp;nbsp; Recumbent bike, TG, Weights and Pilates...about an hour. &amp;nbsp;Then walked Logan on the trail which is way too wet to be back there. &amp;nbsp;We had a monsoon yesterday so I guess until it dries up I can't go back there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vacuuming and swiffering now, did sheets and my quilt and have the quilt hanging on the line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless glad you had a couple vacation days. &amp;nbsp;Did you watch ANW? &amp;nbsp;I saw it last night cause there wasn't any baseball on. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You had a good workout too. &amp;nbsp; Wish you could stay on vacation!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patty hi and waving. &amp;nbsp; Hoping Lucy and you are doing alright and it isn't too hot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cater, Tony, and everyone, a big Hello!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, just came in from a walk/jog about 4.64 miles according to my fitbit. &amp;nbsp;Almost 10,000 steps so far. &amp;nbsp; It's beautiful out, no humidity and sunny and 65. &amp;nbsp; Glad it is't hot out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing planned for the rest of the day, so will see where it takes me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, everyone.&amp;nbsp; Well, I'm back at work today. Ugh.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bopper it's great you have a lovey day and that you'll hit your step goal.&amp;nbsp; Yay!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I plan on doing bike and elliptical after work.&amp;nbsp; Then I'll have to take a couple of days off due to minor surgery I'm having tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; Doc says no exercise for a couple of days....but I'm going to talk it over with her again.&amp;nbsp; Seems like the bike should be OK since there's no impact or weight bearing.&amp;nbsp; We'll see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I mentioned the killdeer (birds) and their babies that live in/next to(?) a tree at work.&amp;nbsp; I looked for them today, and they see to be doing OK.&amp;nbsp; I also saw a raccoon toddling across the parking lot.&amp;nbsp; When he appeared 2 and then 3 adult killdeer got in front of him and harrassed him.&amp;nbsp; He didn't seem too concerned about the birds, but they did distract him .... I later saw the baby birds (2) in another area of the parking lot.&amp;nbsp; I haven't sween the babies fly yet, they're always on the ground.&amp;nbsp; The adults are working hard keeping track of them and keeping them safe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Spent the morning shopping with my granddaughter which is a workout in itself. &amp;nbsp;You guys here really get it going compared to me it seems. &amp;nbsp;But that's a good inspiration to me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="3"&gt;Nomless, I love birds too. &amp;nbsp;Enjoyed the kildeer updates. I have lots of birds around my home feed them all,including hummingbirds and golden finches.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, quite hot and humid here. &amp;nbsp;86 is what it says. &amp;nbsp;I walked 4 miles today and did 13 miles on my bike. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Skylark I have a granddaughter too so I know what you mean. &amp;nbsp; They are precious though. &amp;nbsp;I love birds. &amp;nbsp;Have about 10 feeders out in the yard. &amp;nbsp;Trying to keep squirrels off of them is a feat in itself also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless we have killdear here too. &amp;nbsp;Usually see them in fields or by the shore. &amp;nbsp;How are you recovering? &amp;nbsp;Hope your weekend is going good for you! &amp;nbsp; Hey my fingernails are growing from using that Miracle serum. &amp;nbsp;I keep forgetting to tell you. &amp;nbsp;I almost have to cut them. &amp;nbsp;They are sharp though like baby nails so I don't want them long.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not much going on here. &amp;nbsp;Yesterday I went to lunch with 2 ladies from the neighborhood. One was 88 years old and she can talk!!!! &amp;nbsp;Haha..bless her heart. &amp;nbsp;It was fun though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting ready to watch some baseball my boy! &amp;nbsp;Hooray....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great rest of your day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Everyone!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bopper- I am watching the race now- got home from work and put it on. I'm hoping there are no delays cos I have to work tomorrow. I watched last week's race- I stayed up- could not believe the ending! Crazy! Is your son doing well? Any Red Sox games?&lt;BR /&gt;And it sounds like your weather is hanging in ok. same here- no complaints.&lt;BR /&gt;Nomless- I hope you are feeling less sore.At least your limited exercise gives your foot a break. Are the birds doing OK? Going to work this morning there was a porcupine just waddling down the road- no wonder they get hit, he didn't even try to get out of my way. then some big bird flew in front of me- maybe an owl, not sure. It was a still a little dark out.&lt;BR /&gt;Skylark- Hi! I am the workout failure of the bunch. I barely get any kind of workout in but my friends put up with me. Bopper used to crack the whip but now I hide.&lt;BR /&gt;Patty- hope all is well with you.&lt;BR /&gt;Cater- hope you are well, also.&lt;BR /&gt;Should be a hot day here tomorrow but I'll be at work with my sweatshirt on- I find it cold in the hospital. Day is young yet,should do more.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia, palatino" size="3" color="#333333"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nomless,Angie is a little mixed breed rescue one of a kind. Dachshund and maybe some German Shepard. She's about 30lbs and 6 yrs. Loooves walking. We have another dog a Brussels Griffon,Daisy is too high strung to walk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia, palatino" size="3" color="#333333"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tony14 wow you must live in a real wildlife area. &amp;nbsp;Workout failure...       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, we went to camp today. &amp;nbsp;It was peaceful and nice to sit on the dock and dangle my feet in the water which was bath temp! &amp;nbsp; Logan isn't a water dog. &amp;nbsp;We had to carry him into the water to wet him down because it was so hot. &amp;nbsp;Skylark Logan is a Sheltie so he has a lot of coat. &amp;nbsp;He's my buddy though. &amp;nbsp;Your buddies sound beautiful too and such good company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tony your never a failure.! &amp;nbsp; You do your best...I still may be lurking around the corner though ( wink, wink)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cool on the porky and the owl &amp;nbsp; I hope we don't get that bear this Fall. &amp;nbsp;I had turkey's in the back yard! &amp;nbsp; Hubby says "hmmm Thanksgiving".... &amp;nbsp;Hahaha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless you did some great cardio. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for letting me know about the serum. &amp;nbsp;Now I need polish that doesn't chip. &amp;nbsp;I really don't want to spend 10$ for OPI either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patty hope your week ahead is nice for you with good frieds and good companionship!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm tired tonight. &amp;nbsp;I think all the fresh air.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great rest of your night! &amp;nbsp; See everyone tomorrow!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
