It seems when I wear tennis shoes, they don't swell as much. But I can't wear them at work and with my work shoes, my ankles and feet swell up so big.</P> <P>I'm only 39 and watch my salt intake. I sit in front of a computer all day so I'm sure the blood is pooling in my legs.
