    <description>&lt;P&gt;So we hit reply to the first post here? Or the latest reply?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lovely. How's everyone doing? I need to be mowing the lawn if I have half a brain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Love that I can just see one reply and no one else. It might make it less inviting for new (er) people to join in? Or the powers that be would like to discourage content that does not pertain to shopping?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been doing Core Fusion arms, Gilad for cardio and Barre 3 posture around three times a week. And mowing. It takes me 3 hours, give or take, to do the full yard. Don't remember if I've whined about that before or not. I swear I can see growth in the yard before I finish. Happy, happy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care everyone. I need to figure out how to navigate around here a bit more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Bopper, glad you found your way here. &amp;nbsp; I think the old thread is gone. &amp;nbsp; Stuff from May and June seems to have been lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went over to do the bike, but it's broken. &amp;nbsp;Can't do treadmill or elliptical because of my foot, so I tabled my workout.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy with new forum. &amp;nbsp; I don't like that threads are sorted by creation date. &amp;nbsp;I don't care when the thread was created. &amp;nbsp; I want to see the newest responses to all threads, be they old or new. &amp;nbsp;With the new scheme, it will be difficult to follow threads of interest. &amp;nbsp;Sigh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, I'm still a bit overwhelmed with this new format. &amp;nbsp;I can't see previous replies and I'm plain confused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I walked 5.25 miles today. &amp;nbsp;It's 58 here and breezy. &amp;nbsp;I know it sounds cold and it is quite a bit below our normal but for walking it's great. &amp;nbsp;Blue skies before rain tomorrow and Thursday so I had to get outside. &amp;nbsp; Groceries tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless how are the kitty and collie doing? &amp;nbsp; We're you able to go see them. &amp;nbsp;Is there a way to look at the previous replies? &amp;nbsp;I only see yours but then I guess yours is the only one on the new thread. &amp;nbsp;This will take some time getting used to like all things that change. &amp;nbsp;Guess we shouldn't throw the Community under the bus just yet hahaha.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cater, I'm with you.....this new forum is difficult to use.&amp;nbsp; I've done the "float" thing with some favorite threads, but am not looking at much else.&amp;nbsp; Because I can't sort the way I used to, it's difficult to find threads that are of interest.&amp;nbsp; And my personal settings don't seem to "stick."&amp;nbsp; I keep having to reset them.&amp;nbsp; All in all, this new app annoys me.&amp;nbsp; I happy for those who love it.&amp;nbsp; I wish I was one of them, but I'm not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After doint the elliptical yesterday, this morning my foot is no worse, so I guess I'll try the ellipitcal again tonight.&amp;nbsp; I was happy that I did as well as I did on the elliptical after not using it for several months.&amp;nbsp; My time for 1 miles was only about 25 secs longer than my personal best.&amp;nbsp; I was pleased with that.&amp;nbsp; In the past, when I've not done the elliptical for a while, it's been harder to build up decent times.&amp;nbsp; I guess doing the bike these past months has helped my leg strength some.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a good day, everyone.&amp;nbsp; See you later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I went grocery shopping and ran a few other errands. &amp;nbsp;Then came home and had lunch and walked about 3 miles. &amp;nbsp;I did get my 10,000 steps in so I am happy with that. &amp;nbsp;Grilling chicken for dinner and it's starting to sprinkle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless I'm sorry your foot bothered you . &amp;nbsp; The bike is a good option for you but your time was good on the elliptical too. &amp;nbsp;I'm not liking the new forum either. &amp;nbsp;Maybe we just have to get used to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cater you doing alright? &amp;nbsp; What's your weather like? &amp;nbsp; Seems many are stiffling with heat and we are chilly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well better get some salad made for dinner, have a good evening all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh my word!&amp;nbsp; What a mess!&amp;nbsp; Cater, I almost didn't post, when I was trying to sign it, it kept saying my email didn't match.&amp;nbsp; Match what??!&amp;nbsp; It's my only email I have!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I couldn't even find the forums!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What a week, been burning the candle at both ends.&amp;nbsp; Spending a lot of time at the beach with the kids, too hot to do much else...but, now there were 2 Bull sharks at the Virginia Beach oceanfront yesterday...ay.&amp;nbsp; We're a couple of miles away at our beach here on base, but it's close enough.&amp;nbsp; No more swimming out to the sandbar!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speaking of which, I've been swimming with my husband and son the past few days and, whoa, that's a work-out!&amp;nbsp; I'm huffing and puffing like crazy.&amp;nbsp; My son said it's because it uses a lot more muscles than walking/running, plus you have resistance.&amp;nbsp; Which makes sense.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did 8 miles yesterday with my daughter-in-law(and 2 by myself on the beach)...it wasn't as hot as the day before(105*), but it felt like the Bataan Death March to me.&amp;nbsp; As I've said before, she only has one-speed...fast.&amp;nbsp; And I was tired, have been going to bed after 1 and up by 5.&amp;nbsp; And then out in this heat and sun, it was a tough one for me, was so glad to be done!&amp;nbsp; We've done weights too, she said she's really sore from the weights.&amp;nbsp; I need to get back to the HIIT, speed-work, and weights more seriously next week, I can already tell a difference, all these miles aren't doing much for my muscles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today we're going to go SUP'ing(Stand-up Paddle Boards) then this evening my gf is having all of us over for dinner and is also inviting other friends of ours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last&amp;nbsp; night dh and I went to the Pre-Deployment brief for families. &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; He's been on leave(vacation) all week and has been to work every single day.&amp;nbsp; Monday he didn't get home until after 5:30.&amp;nbsp; Then cancel your leave and go to work!&amp;nbsp; I was spitting nails on Tuesday, even the kids were irritated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So sorry you're still having trouble with your foot nomless.&amp;nbsp; Mine is bothering me too, I think it's from running on the beach on that packed sand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bopper, hope you guys get some warmer weather soon.&amp;nbsp; We're going to have 104* heat index today.&amp;nbsp; I see Pheonix is going to be 116*...ugh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tomorrow is the big Family Day, dh has been stressed over it all, hope it goes off well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, ladies, I'm not sure I'll be here too often, maybe I'll get used to this new format when I have more time to sit down and play with it.&amp;nbsp; But, my first opinion isn't good...lol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope everyone is doing well....miss you guys.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I hope this shows up...not sure at this point...lol!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I think this forum will take time. &amp;nbsp; Glad to see Patty found us. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nomless I tried going to the Wellness and going to float this topic and it isn't highlighted so I can' float it to the top. &amp;nbsp;Not sure what to do but search for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning I did the treadmill and the TG. &amp;nbsp;I wanted to watch SG. &amp;nbsp;Her prices are so high. &amp;nbsp;I may have gotten the jacket but will wait for AS IS and see if it shows up there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're only in the 50's. &amp;nbsp;I know how hot many of you are but we aren't. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obama is on talking about the mass shooting in Charleston NC. &amp;nbsp;The church there. &amp;nbsp;How horrible. &amp;nbsp;People and guns..it's terrible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cater glad your with us too. &amp;nbsp;We have to stick together and make the best of it I guess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waving to all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I need to be mowing the lawn if I have half a brain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Love that I can just see one reply and no one else. It might make it less inviting for new (er) people to join in? Or the powers that be would like to discourage content that does not pertain to shopping?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been doing Core Fusion arms, Gilad for cardio and Barre 3 posture around three times a week. And mowing. It takes me 3 hours, give or take, to do the full yard. Don't remember if I've whined about that before or not. I swear I can see growth in the yard before I finish. When some one posted and was ticked off I was with them. Finally i decided maybe I had better just keep these fingers off here before someone yapped at me. The best thing for me tonight was to come on here and see what a good time you are having with the kids. That son of yours had me rolling those rosary beads but it is wonderful to read that he is doing much better.       <description>&lt;P&gt;bopper...I can't get the "Float" thing to work either.&amp;nbsp; So glad you had a nice day finally!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nomless...are you on a laptop, Apple, or what?&amp;nbsp; Mine also isn't highlighted so I can't click on it.&amp;nbsp; I get the red circle with a line through it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cater...I'll try, don't think I'll be around a whole lot!!&amp;nbsp; LOL!!!&amp;nbsp; I laughed so hard about your rosary beads, I can picture you.&amp;nbsp; But it also warmed my heart beyond belief, you're a faithful prayer warrior and I can't thank-you enough.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;canine...so good to see you!!!&amp;nbsp; LOL....no, you haven't mentioned the grass cutting before(that I saw anyway)...the shoveling, yes. &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, I had a horrible night, can't believe it.&amp;nbsp; I haven't had much sleep at all this entire week, late to bed and up by 5 each day, then yesterday was Family Day so we were at the beach in 94* for 4 hours, then went bowling, out to eat, out for Gelato, etc...I was soooo tired but woke up at 1:30(dh said it was 1).&amp;nbsp; I did fall back to sleep from 5:15 to 6:15.&amp;nbsp; Doing laundry and chores now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kids are leaving today so I'll be sad, then I'll be saying good-bye to dh in 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp; Family Day was a huge success so that should be one big thing off of DH's mind.&amp;nbsp; Had a really good turn-out, parents came from WA State, they were the furthest travelers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh!&amp;nbsp; We all loved the paddle-boarding!&amp;nbsp; We did the 5-miles around the lake and we were the only ones out there.&amp;nbsp; All 4 of us got up right away and never had a problem.&amp;nbsp; Of course, dh tried doing a&amp;nbsp; headstand and fell in, there's one in every crowd.&amp;nbsp; Then we went to eat at my CF gf's house, then had to leave there to go clean the church as it was our SS classes turn.&amp;nbsp; It's been a tight schedule!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My dil and I are going out this morning when she gets up, yesterday I did a quick run and then my dil and I did weights.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to get back to the gym next week and get serious with the weights, I don't care if I don't do any cardio at all.&amp;nbsp; However, I know Lucy wouldn't stand for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, I'm sure I have a book again so I'll sign off.&amp;nbsp; Hope Tony is okay...not sure if she's been over here since this crazy mess.&amp;nbsp; I sure wish I could "Float" this nomless...wonder if I have to click on something else first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone has a great day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
