    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Got home after classes and grocery shopping yesterday and conked out before I had everything put away. My dear rotten tabby girl pummeled some fresh bakery rolls I left out. I should know better, wasn't thinking. She enjoyed herself and I'm at least thankful she didn't finish this excursion by pushing them off on the floor for the wookie dog like she did the last time a few months back. Gotta love 'em.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;It's about time this nice weather pushed up and east to you Bopper! Hope it's not gone too long again this coming round. Supposed to drop back to normal here too in a couple days. Twenty degrees cooler will be a bit of a shock to the system. I should be out walking with the pupper but haven't been much yet. I did bring out his Frisbee's though, so I'm not totally worthless. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Let's see, been keeping up with Barre 3 pretty well. Sadie sneaks in yoga in one ten minute segment that I am finding to be enjoyable and worthwhile. Dropped that portion off the other night and found I wasn't as upbeat the next day without it. Good to know and glad I found an instructor I don't mind doing it with. Slacked off Core Fusion for the week and felt that in my arms and back the next day after adding it back in. Been remembering to add in pull ups when I have the barre out. Gotta get those triceps back in shape as it's painfully evident I let those get out of shape.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Tony, I had to laugh at your observation about Patty. Calm and uneventful, never. She's my hero. Hope everything is healing up for both of you, Patty and Nomless. I'm taking my mealtimes pretty seriously as well Nomless. My present addiction is spinach. There isn't too much it can't be added to.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;NYwoman, I've heard say the best exercise is the one that you will do. Sounds good to me.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Everyone have a great day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, all, happy April!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Well, today I'm bummed.  Last night I did the bike longer than usual with higher resistance than usual, and today, my hip hurts.  I &lt;EM&gt;think&lt;/EM&gt; it's the hip flexor muscle and not the implant, but I am nervous about it.  I suspect the longer/harder part of yesterday's session on the bike strained the muscle.  So, today, I don't know what to do.  I need to rest my foot and my hip, which reduced my options.  I guess when I get home, I'll look for an upper body DVD, something by Coffey-Meyer I suppose.  Or maybe Katami.  There must be something in all those DVDs that I can do!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Wishing you all a good day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My upper body is killllllllling me. Did an easy session of Pilates with the cardio rebounder for 30 min. Nomless - I hope your hip feels better....that's an unnerving feeling....pain is not good.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy April Fool's Day everyone!   Finally I can say "April" .   Right now though we are getting a cold rain.  It's 42 outside, warmer tomorrow and then the next 7 days only in the 30's.   Yes I know it's warmer almost everywhere but we are still in our winter clothes and have a lot of snow in our yards.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I didn't do anything today.  Had errands to do and chiropractor so just took the day off.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;MickD why is your upper body so sore?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Nomless sorry about your sore hips.  My flexors hurt most days too but I have my own hips but I do think biking can irritate that.  My feet hurt too, maybe I have what you have.. Who knows.  Always something hey?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Pppmint thinking about all your doing, and how tiring this job is for you...       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ladies!!! I thought I'd pop in before there were an overwhelming number of posts!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Lots of old friends here and even more names I don't recognize!&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Just want to let you all know that I am (at age 52) graduating college next month (with my 2nd degree) in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences! I'm still not sure "what I want to be when I grow up," but I am currently preparing to take a certification exam to become a Health Fitness Specialist. I am both incredibly scared and excited!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I've been busying myself with Zumba and Pound classes at my gym, after putting on hold my hopes of participating in a 5k due to back pain (that on the heels of fracturing my ankle over the summer)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm looking forward to catching up with some old friends here, and getting acquainted with those who are new to me!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Have a lovely evening, all! &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, dreary here today but it's warmer...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Today I did 3 miles on the treadmill and also 20 on the Total Gym doing my own thing, 10 reps 1 legged squats, then 10 on the other leg, then count down 9 and 9 and so forth, then did chin ups and pull ups using this method, oblique twisters, and some stretching..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;NoTan so happy to see you here again .   It's been a while!  Congratulation on your accomplishments, so very awesome you are graduating...Way Cool!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Von Hi to you!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Nomless almost the weekend!  I didn't get to have time to look for the rice cooker this week again.  I was in a hurry and ran into everyone I knew there so had to bi pass again but I will get there sooner or later.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;FUTURE I know your busy, hoping to catch up with you this weekend.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Hard to believe we are now saying Easter time....I'm glad though...although we won't see sandals or capri's here for some time to come.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I stay out of here when I've been in a bad mood and I've been in a bad mood as of late. Loss doesn't bring out the best in me. Have been trying to combat that with a serious program of exercising. Kind of a mess, but it's working to a degree. Core Fusion, Gilad, Tai Chi, and barre work. Picked up Barre 3 from here (QVC) and have fallen in love with it. Gentle little moves which kill my body the next day or two. Probably a good thing at the moment as it motivates me to keep at it or suffer the consequences of being tight and achy.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Bopper hi! Wish I could send you some of the spring weather we've been treated to this season. Hang in there, it will come! Has to.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Healing wishes for your hip nomless.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Patty, whenever you are able to peek in, all my best with your move. Slept when I got home, so no workout.  Today my hip is a little better, my foot is still a little sore, so I'll probably do just the bike tonight.  I'll keep the resistance low so I don't aggravate my hip.  Since it is a little better, I'm hopeful that it's just muscle soreness and not a problem with the implant. But I'd be less worried if it would just stop hurting altogether!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Good Friday to you all!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Today I did the treadmill on a slight incline and then TG bi's, tri's, inner and outer thighs..My upper back is sore from yesterdays workout too.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;MickD  I am glad you are liking the TG, I really get lots of use out of mine.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Canine, sending hugs to you.  Loss is a difficult thing and it takes so much out of you.  I think your workout as nomless said are a great mix of everything we all should be doing.  I am lacking on the stretching...&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Nomless I hope you are feeling better.  Take care of your hip and foot.  I only did 2 miles today because my foot hurt...My hip flexors are so tight too.  But we keep plugging alone!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Pppmint you've had a long week, lots of work cleaning and moving....I hope it's coming along nicely for everyone!  Safe trip back home!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I was looking at Josie Maran's self tanning oil,  has all 5 starts..I may try it..I like her Argan Oil and cheek sticks a lot.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We're very cold today, yesterday 50, today 28 with a wind chill of 11....yes 11.....no sandals here for a while...all next week only the 30's.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Take care everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I did 40 min cardio, 30 on bike with no resistance, 5 on elliptical and on treadmill. I took it pretty easy....I hope my foot and hip are ok tomorrow.</description>

      <description>One hour cardio done, mostly on the bike, a git on the elliptical. I found I can read while doing the bike. That made the time pass faster. I wish all who celebrate Easter a happy holiday. Have a good weekend, everyone.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Easter everyone and Happy Passover!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Not much went on here today which is fine.  Church and brunch with the family .  Then home and watched a movie and did a little shoveling and chopping of snow.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Made some apple sauce and apple bread and now watching The Red Wings.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;MickD glad you are liking your TG.  I really do like mine too and lots you can do on it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Nomless good job working out today...I got nothin!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Notan I'm back at it tomorrow as well.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Cold here only in the low 20's when we left for church and got to about 34 today.
