    <description>&lt;P&gt;Also on Dr. Oz yesterday was a segment about red, peely r!ms of eyelids, which I occasionally have problems with.  Thought it was an allergic reaction to either an eyeliner pencil or maybe a frosted/shimmer shadow, or even the rubber tip on the liner that I use to "smudge" it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Now I'm wondering if it is because I often sleep in my eye makeup!  Dr. Oz said that having mascara on lashes make dust, dirt, crud, etc. stick to them, and holds it all there, and your pores allow bacteria, etc. to grow in 'em.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Even the dermatologist and my family MD I went to never mentioned this ever.  I've gone in 3 times!  Just got an Rx for meds for my lids.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Never asked me about makeup habits, etc.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
