    <description>&lt;P&gt;It does basically the same thing as WW online, but it's free. I've lost five pounds since I started using it. Keeping track of what I eat is the only thing that works for me. As soon as I stop keeping track, the weight creeps right back on!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
