If you have limited mobility I'd suggest save yourself some $.

Get a good chair with a fairly low back. Kitchen or dining chair should do. Then head for a sporting goods store. Buy yourself some power bands for weight training/strength. They will cut them to fit in the ""weight"" of your choosing. Then choose your grips. They'll look like jump ropes.

Pick up a couple of small weights you can handle with a bit of a struggle. Say 5lbs. You're out the door for about $50 bucks.

Go home and check out PBS station guide. Tune in for programs with stretch/limited mobility. Or rent a dvd from your public library for free.

Chair gym

From the program schedule, it looks like the chair gym will be the TS on other channel on 1/27. I searched this forum, and the last time it was a TS was 9/2 for $139 (included the swivel seat).

I still don't know what to think about this product, but thought I would let people know that it is coming up.
