Strange thing with Fitbit set up. Question

I am trying to set up my new fitbit. It was going smoothly until I got to the part where you add your height and weight. It tells me that my height is invalid. Same with my weight. Yes, I would like to be taller and lighter, but invalid? I have tried different things but it does not let me past this page. Anyone else have this happen? I have no idea why this is happening.

you have the country setting correct,

you are not try to use metric in the US or vis a versa

That's what it was but it was some kind of bug in their program. It was so frustrating that I called. It was something that only happens on some computers and I had to change it to metric. It worked fine in metric. Fortunately, I have no problem using metric.

they get buggy occasionally
