topic Caffeine and ear ringing in Wellness

I went to the ear doctor today about the ringing in my ear. He said all was fine inside my ear but when he found out how much 'caffeine' I drink in a day, he looked as if he was going to fall off of his chair. He told me to stop caffeine for the next 2 weeks and see if that didn't help. TWO WEEKS? COLD TURKEY? YIKES! I haven't had any caffeine since he told me to do that (it's been 7 long hours) and I've got a screaming a** headache! (Sorry, but I'm not myself) Just wanted to share the information - maybe it will also help someone else.
