I was talked into buying Isotonix (liquid calcium with Vit. D) today. The man who did my manicure also sells Isotonix. It is supposed to be absorbed better than the Caltrate I am taking. Has anyone heard of this? It has Beta-Carotene (Vit. A precursor) 9.5 IU. Vit. C, 58 mg, Vit. D3 (Cholecalciferol) 1000 IU, Riboflavin (5 Phosphate, 4 mg, Calcium (Carbonate, Lactate, Phosphate, Sulfate, Citrate, 750 mg, Magnesium (Oxide Carbonate) 200 mg, Manganese (Sulfate) 1 mg. Sodium (Bicarbonate) 10 mg, Potassium (Bicarbonate, Citrate) 220 mg, Boron 1 mg. This is a powder and is mixed with water to drink. These units are for two times daily. Is this enough calcium? I am taking 1200 mg. a day with Vit. D.
