topic WW.com vs etools in Wellness

Does anyone know if there is a difference between weightwatchter.com and weightwatchers e-tools?

I was on the fence about joining WW meetings or just doing WW on-line. I have been reading about the monthly pass and the cost includes meeting and e-tools. So I guess my question is, is e-tools the same as WW on-line??

Hope that makes sense. Any imput would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
