    <title>topic ankle pain in Wellness</title>
    <link>https://community.qvc.com/t5/Wellness/ankle-pain/m-p/168016#M3755</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have just started with a personal trainer after having many orthopedic issues and 4 surgeries. I had 2 training sessions so far but after the second one I was having terrible ankle pains. I had surgery on my other ankle but this one has never given me moment of trouble. is it common to have some sharp pains in joints after starting a workout problem? I expected muscle pain but not this sharp ankle pain - this was NOT planter fascitis - it was higher and more generalized in the ankle not the heel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
