    <description>&lt;P&gt;Something I had forgotten to do in the past but a reminder to everyone. If you file long form and spend over 7.5% of your income, you can claim your mileage to your doctors visits and prescription copay costs. I figured out my mileage for last year and it was 4236 miles back and forth for dr's appointments. Adds up quick (I live in the middle of nowhere). I believe its 50 cents a mile. ca-ching!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;also, other medical expenses are included as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
