Hopefully this situation will be easier for you emotionally. Sometimes if a situation is stressful we just have to remove it from our daily lives. Is your diabetes under good control? Hope you soon feel much better.

I care so much for my former client, but her personal problems and health did take a toll on me emotionally. I couldn't sleep and my pain was increased in my feet and legs. My BS has been slightly elevated, not bad. Not sure about my BP. My new client's great, and she's a positive person with a supportive family. I feel at home with her and her kitty, lol! I get so close to people, but thats just me, lol. I feel better today..so I'm hoping the new job and quitting the tea is the difference. I worked all day for her..and I'm not emotionally drained like I was before. Its a Godsend that I have her. My other client needed time to rest before her surgery..to tell you the truth I'm so glad I'm outta that mess, it was just TOO much! Hope you're feeling well!

Addie, I'm taking care of a new client. I haven't felt well lately, not sure why, but the caffiene didn't help. I feel better this morning..will really be careful with my diet. I was too involved with my other client. Her problems were upsetting, and overwhelming and affecting me in a negative way. I am fortunate, my new client is very sweet and has a wonderful family..a lovely cat too, lol. Thank you for being concerned about me..I have missed talking to you too!

I have my ups and downs but I am doing okay...I am glad you are out of a troubling situation. It is not good for your diabetes. I am sure you will start feeling better with a more positive atmosphere. And a kitty, too!
