Then in the past 2 weeks I added Biotin because my hair had gotten really thin and my nails are breaking. Well, since I started the Biotin, I am extremely constipated. This is not my usual way ... I take Metamucil and eat a high fiber cereal and lots of fruit and 64 oz. of water every day.
