      <description>&lt;P&gt;The WM bread is horrible. Most bread has dough conditioners in it, but the bread at WM is baked paste. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I love bread, I get a dark rye that comes in a square package. Not good for sandwiches though.  &lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you love bread then a better plan is to make white wheat bread with King Arthur White Wheat and a cheap bread maker. It smells like heaven and it's less expensive than the $3 loaves in the grocery.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;A very good bread machine that will also make gluten free and doesn't cost a pile of "dough" is a &lt;A rel="nofollow" href="http://amzn.to/1qxgSND" target="_blank"&gt;Breadman&lt;/A&gt; and it's only about thirty bucks, which is amazing as most machines cost three times that. It's even programmable. Add in some King Arthur Flour and yeast and you can make bread for about a buck a loaf if not less, and it's actually ok to eat it (not gorge on it of course.) I make my own bread and have done so for years.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

When it comes to ""grains"" I get mine via eating my Kashi Go Lean . . . don't know how good or bad it is but I seem to do OK with it.  Especially adding fresh fruit with it and Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I will occasionally make a "bread" with almond flour.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I don't believe we "need" grains of any kind, contrary to popular opinion. They slow me down, give me brain fog, and bloat my belly. I also find them to be highly addictive. Can anyone REALLY stop at 1/2 cup of rice? Not me!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I get a boatload of fiber from all the vegetables and fruits I eat.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I weigh 100lbs -- some days I even dip below -- and I eat bread EVERYDAY! I have one bagel (plain) at least 5 days of the week.  I buy the bagels from a deli where they make them on site. I have pizza about 3 times per week.  Although I live in Chicago which has some great pizzerias, I do not eat pizza from any restaurant.  I make my own single serve pie (including the crust) to control the ingredients. Yes, there are days when I have the bagel and pizza on the same day. My feeling is many people blame the bread instead of the stuff they slather on it such as butter, high caloried spreads, and fatty greasy meats.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I do not eat packaged grocery store bread.  To me that is empty calories of preservative chemicals.  Occasionally, I'll have a bakery roll, but since I don't eat meat, the sandwich is not part of my diet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Grain based foods are neither "bad" nor "good". Some people thrive on moderate amounts of grain, some feel better with no grain at all. You have to figure out what works best for you. I am happier and healthier when I eat NO grains. Do the work, then decide for yourself.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My DH won't eat a meal without bread.  He loves white bread  and won't eat whole grain.  He's a senior citizen and still slim.  According to the doctor and medical tests, DH is extremely healthy. So far, bread hasn't hurt him in the least.  On the other hand, I eat bread in moderation. I think it contributes to weight gain for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
