Ok, this is really off the wall...

I have to do stretching exercises for my frozen shoulder and a lot of them are bending way down at the waist (with my arm on a table)...could this possibly be a tummy exercise?

I have to do 5 different therapy exercises at 30x each for my shoulder and if I can make it for an exercise to reduce my stomach...well, I'm all for that.

Whatcha think?
