    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/237633"&gt;@maisiebrook&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; I use one of the pillows made to be held between the knees because my knee aches at night.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't help Sciatica.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;For Sciatica I stretch out the leg that hurts, point and toes hard away from me and hold it for 10 sec or so.&amp;nbsp; Then I stretch my toes (foot) back toward me very hard and hold I t to 10 seconds.&amp;nbsp; Do this lying in bed or sitting in a chair for as long as possible.&amp;nbsp; It helps me m.ore than anything else&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a side sleeper and have been experiencing pain when I get up in the morning.&amp;nbsp; I tried one of the pillows designed to keep your leg elevated but returned it because I had a hard time keeping it in position.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone been successful using one of the pillows and if yes, can you recommend the brand?&amp;nbsp; TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It was extremely helpful when I hurt my back and large enough that it stays in place with whatever configuration you want. It is not cooling, despite its name. It's just a soft, U shaped pillow to help align you. I hope you feel better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
