    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have ordered&amp;nbsp; this brand a few times in all the years he's been a vendor and to tell the truth--have never noticed any change in my numbers or the way I feel--and I've taken stuff for months. There was one brand I tried for my joints--by Dr Emil--that really did make me feel much better--but that product was discontinued--of course! However I do make my hot choc everyday using unsweetened cocoa powder--have for years---can't have caffeine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202745"&gt;@JeanLouiseFinch&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Updated to add:&amp;nbsp; A study published on NIH dot Gov, conducted over 10 years, with approximately 500,000 participants found the opposite conclusion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The name of the study is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Association of regular glucosamine use with incident dementia: evidence from a longitudinal cohort and Mendelian randomization study&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Obviously, I can't post any links and the study is extensive reading, but well worth the time, for anyone wanting both sides of the research.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;But here's part of the conclusion:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;"We observed that regular glucosamine use was related to a 15% &lt;FONT color="#993300"&gt;decreased risk&lt;/FONT&gt; of all-cause dementia, 17% for AD, and 26% for vascular dementia in this large population-based study including 494,814 participants. These associations remained after adjusting for variables including sociodemographic factors, lifestyle behavior, comorbid conditions, medication, and other dietary conditions. Moreover, the beneficial effect of glucosamine use on AD seemed to be larger in participants aged below 60&amp;nbsp;years than in those aged above 60&amp;nbsp;years. The&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;APOE&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;genotype did not modify this association. In the MR analysis, we again observed protective causal effects of regular glucosamine use on dementia risk.
