I would suggest calling them and telling them any limitations you have and see if you can try it out. Every fitness program in my area will offer a free class then you can see what works best for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="5" color="#000080"&gt;By the way, it really helps if you have a friend that will join you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Often the recreation or senior's centers have chair yoga or similar. I would suggest going and making every class as best you can. Might be kind of hard at first but stick with it for two months. Then decide if you like it or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My church used to do a chair exercise program online for seniors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There might be some good ones on youtube, too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My core is much stronger now from her workouts. The one with the pilates ball is especially challenging. i have progressed in my weights while doing her cardio chair workouts too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They have a kettlebell workout that I do once a week.&amp;nbsp; It is short and to the point. My favorite part is when the daughter says, "This exercise is going to be isometric," and the mom says, "Uh-oh..." It tickles me!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would encourage anyone, especially seniors or beginning exercisers, to check them out on YouTube channel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I used my Pilates reformer for years but sadly had to retire it since the arthritis in my hands made it too uncomfortable to hold the cords. Finding yes2next.com has been a lifesaver for me. I believe I read that they have over 200 videos to choose from.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I do the 8 minute warm up and 9 minute standing core exercises every day and then choose a walking workout. It's fun, the Japanese American mother and daughter are delightful and I can see a real difference in my mental outlook and stamina in keeping up my household chores.
