I dont wish to take ANY meds (narcotics pain relief, nsaids) for this anymore if I can avoid it...I take enough meds for the other thing as it is! Someone recommended Supple as a dietary drink supplement that works wonders for the joint issues, and I understand it is supposed to help those with both OA and RA etc. Can anyone confirm or deny?
