    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;Hello, sounds like a few of us are a little blue, me included.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday would have been dad's BD, 97.&amp;nbsp; The way he passed still haunts me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;We are getting a few flurries today, not to bad.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I didn't get the boots for ice (yet) they are so expensive.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's tough!&amp;nbsp; The yaktrax and other stud things never stay on my boots, I have big feet and just wanted a regular boot with the studs built in.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3367"&gt;@Dazlin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;my sister told me she had terrible heartburn the last 2 days, had to sleep in a chair it was that bad.&amp;nbsp; What the heck hey?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;I have Hoka shoes I mostly use to walk, also have some New Balance Fresh Foam.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My feet are odd too, I always get a black 2nd toe nail.&amp;nbsp; The tops of the shoes press on my toe, and that's my longest toe...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;I have a Hallmark movie on about a ranch!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;This morning I did a Cara Fitness workout for the bum bum and holy moly my bum was on fire!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Lots of glute lifts, I used a 25# dumbbell on my hips while lifting.&amp;nbsp; Then she did some donkey kicks, and leg lifts.&amp;nbsp; Did a good stretch afterward.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;It's only 18 degrees here, I did see patches of blue sky.&amp;nbsp; My hip flexors are hurting so I avoided walking in the snow today.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF6600"&gt;Hang tough everyone, we all have struggles to work through, sometimes I just can't get into the Holidays at all.&amp;nbsp; I am sure you can relate.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But I love the faces of the littles!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How does everyone stay on track and motivated during the holiday season? &amp;nbsp;I have a hard enough time as it is without the pressures of holiday and the time used for extra things and the temptations of foods that aren't normally around? &amp;nbsp;I tend to want to slack off from exercising and also eating a lot more and eating baked goods, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure others are more motivated and have more will power. &amp;nbsp;I struggle a lot with both!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm continuing to struggle with motivation. Also finding some exercises are creating back or knee pain. The cortisone injections I had in my knees about 2.5 weeks ago have not been as effective as those in the past but I was also told it's too early to consider a knee replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hello, I think it's normal to feel like you feel, both of you.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I struggle too, I don't always love to do it trust me!&amp;nbsp; But if I do it right away and get it out of the way, I can get on with the rest of my day and I think most will agree with me.&amp;nbsp; If you let it go and keep saying to yourself, I'll do it later, later never happens.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;All the tempting food yes, same here!&amp;nbsp; I struggle with that also, and don't always do well with it.&amp;nbsp; But what I do constantly, is workout.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I always do something, even on "rest" days, I make a point to stretch, or walk, just leisure pace.&amp;nbsp; I know my inside health is so important, my labs, I'm 70 so at the age where things to haywire.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Moderation is always the key, trying to hard to be perfect just drags the life right out of you.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#008080"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank you for posting and I hope you can join us for chatting, we welcome all chat material haha!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Happy December 1!&amp;nbsp; We're here!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Today was Vibration Plate warmup&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;And Cara Fitness on Youtube, she did a 15 minute menopause belly workout, half standing and half laying down, then I did her 15 minute upper body with weights.&amp;nbsp; It was good, I had to pause a few times to get my HR down.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Only a high of 23 here today.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#800080"&gt;Lets start this month out strong!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - I'm going to check out the Cara Fitness videos.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went to the gym this morning.&amp;nbsp; First time in 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp; Are ya'll sittin' down?&amp;nbsp; On the way home, I thought to myself "sure did feel good to get back to the gym."&amp;nbsp; Shocked the heck out of me!&amp;nbsp; Who woulda ever thought I'd say such a thing?!&amp;nbsp; I only did 15 minutes on the bike as the last couple days my knee has felt stiff and swollen which I'm attributing to the cold weather we've been having.&amp;nbsp; Will work up to the 30 miinute goal - again.&amp;nbsp; *sigh*&amp;nbsp; Seems I get close and then have to back off a bit.&amp;nbsp; Then I did upper body exercises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm home and have some things to do around the house.&amp;nbsp; It feels so cold to me - however not as cold as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- but cold for us!&amp;nbsp; Figure if I get moving and doing some chores, I'll warm up.&amp;nbsp; LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care and hope Monday is treating you all gently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Good afternoon. Not the morning I had envisioned. My Broncos gave me a big scare yesterday! Wow! What a game. A win is a win, but every game is so tense. Wish we could have a complete game ... the games are tense. I digress, took the car in to get snow tires put on and our old ones so old- they wouldn't pass testing so $880 later we are getting new ones. Shop has the car and who knows when we get the call its ready. They had to go to Denver to get the tires- none in stock here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I walked in 18 degree weather and just took another short one- feels balmy in the 30's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I had plans to run errands- tomorrow is another day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Instead I wrapped some gifts.. I dont' know why, but I just get irritated doing it.- Probably not a good to do it since my wallet is taking a hit with the tires.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hope everyone is safe if weather is bad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; And new ladies, the only thing I can say to stay motivated for me- is doing exercise in the morning and making it a habit- now I don't feel right not exercising. I am 72 and can't recall a time I didn't make it a priority. But I have many friends who don't - it's not their thing.. You''ll have look deep into yourself and see just how important it is to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Maybe even coming here and talking about it will motivate you or become the catalyst to starting some kind of exercise..&amp;nbsp; I think we've all been there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone...been a couple days since I've posted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Everything is going along well...been getting walks in over 2 miles, and steps are adding up throughout the day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm staying on target with leg exercises...im up to 15 reps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Working on stationary lunges for now, also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Today I did squats in-between baking biscotti cookies, my daughter wanted...lol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mix, squat, add sugar, eggs, another set of squats...lol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got my car washed at my dealership, complimentary...they do a great job, inside and out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then met my daughter at the outlets...we now have trader Joe's, so I wanted to check it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then we shopped in a few stores...lots of walking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last I stopped into Walmart for a few items...always park far, far away....more walking, ha.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;We are all decorated here, inside and out...lights are up...and I've started some shopping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48049"&gt;@JudyL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;...love your kitty, and that skirt is amazing,&amp;nbsp; lots of details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I just want to add....on the November forum...I was having a hard time finding posts...seems many were not in consecutive order/ date...if someone mentioned me...I couldn't find the post...after much searching, I found some all the way back on page 2, beginning of the month...yet the date was in the last week of November.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I saw Judy's post of the cat she just posted...but it was back to the 1st week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Idk, if anyone else is experiencing this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if i dont respond....its probably because I can't find it...please pardon me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully things will be ok for now because you just started this month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Alrighty friends...please take care, keep warm, stay healthy!! 🎄&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Monday,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back to work and the exercise. I took the weekend off. I have a horrible headache and I think it's pollen so I will take some meds tonight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because of that, I only did Core which is the thirty minute class. I am now off to a hot bath. I was planning on walking today but I flaked since I wasn't feeling well and it is cold, windy and damp here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of my QVC stuff came today. I will never have to buy another slipper in my life. I tried to switch colors and they sent me both so I will love both. ❤️&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paid off the credit card and I am ready. I just have to purchase new auto insurance this week and I am fully set for the rest of the year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wish we had some of that snow here. I miss a real winter. ☃️ The Christmas music just doesn't sound the same in 50 degree weather. I haven't even pulled out the nativity yet and I think I missed the first Sunday of Advent.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;Hello, it was only 10 above 0 here this morning, and now it's in the teens.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Not a fan LOL, however it's here to stay so should stop complaining I guess.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;I did 30 minutes on the rebounder today, and the vibration plate, a little on the big stability ball.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;I cleaned out a couple cabinets in my kitchen, tossed some stuff I never used, so was able to get some clutter off my counters.&amp;nbsp; I hate clutter.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3367"&gt;@Dazlin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am not sure what happened on the November thread, on my end they were in order, maybe someone else can chime in.&amp;nbsp; When we start a new month I make my option to float this topic to the top so I can always find it.&amp;nbsp; But as far as posts being out of order it may be on the Q's side.&amp;nbsp; How is your daughter doing?&amp;nbsp; Do you bake a lot of Christmas cookies?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I used to but not anymore, I'd eat every last one.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10138"&gt;@Laura14&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I sure get the others and the exercise also.&amp;nbsp; I have to make it a priority.&amp;nbsp; And it doesn't have to be a high intensity sweat session, Its also a mental game with me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51705"&gt;@violet runner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;that game geesh!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That got tense didn't it!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So many upsets this past week, I really sank in the pool.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;I orderd a tall pair of the Loonr boots, they ship out of Boulder CO.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I had snow go down my short ones yesterday on my trail, so the taller ones will be better.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I saw comments about people saying they are Lurch feet and being made fun of.&amp;nbsp; Really don't care, if they keep me warm and have a good bottom, I'm in and I often wear what I want.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/48049"&gt;@JudyL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you have turned over a new leaf lady!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The gym woo hoo!!!&amp;nbsp; I wouldn't mind your cold here where I am!!&amp;nbsp; I'd be out in shorts haha!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#003366"&gt;Not much else here, it's giving Tuesday so give someone the smile, the encouragement, a hand if they need help with something, just make it a great day for yourself and for others!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went to the gym today - leg day.&amp;nbsp; Legs felt like jello by the time I left.&amp;nbsp; Then went grocery shopping and put that all away.&amp;nbsp; Started a load of laundry and now about to put that in the dryer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my complex there is a real estate woman who evrery year does a food drive for the Alameda County Food Bank.&amp;nbsp; I always put a couple things in the bag that she leaves.&amp;nbsp; Today I went to the grocery store and filled up the bag with different food items.&amp;nbsp; This is an expensive area to live and so many people are struggling because of that and whats happening elsewhere.&amp;nbsp; I remember as a single mom, going to school full time, living on State assistance and food stamps what it was like to try and make that food budget stretch.&amp;nbsp; Thank goodness for family and friends having us over for dinner and sending us home with leftovers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51705"&gt;@violet runner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- That game last night!&amp;nbsp; Holy cow!&amp;nbsp; Talk about tense right down to the end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - Don't think I could take your cold weather.&amp;nbsp; Stay warm!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care everyone and have a good Tuesday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wanted to stock up ..&amp;nbsp; Then I went to Dollar Tree, Costco ( for a prescription), and Marshalls. Every place was busy.. I mainly wanted cards in the Dollar Tree- best value around.&amp;nbsp; Hallmark cards- some for 50 cents. I was looking for a big bow- but they didn't have one big enough. And Marshalls- just a couple of smalls for Mom's package.&amp;nbsp; I am pretty well done Xmas shopping. Odds and ends left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; boots sound good- hope they work for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I bought a long sleeve tee from ONNO shirts out of Boulder- I have 5 long sleeve ones now. $50 a pop,but I liked them. My workout this morning was a hard one. My arms are still sore.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have my 10,000 plus steps in already- so think this afternoon I'll put my feet up and&amp;nbsp; finish a good book I am reading. Gotta see how it ends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Enjoy the day.. On this Giving Tues. This morning my coworker said I looked sad.&amp;nbsp;Still not feeling up to par, but another day done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I gave to the pets and kids today for Giving Tuesday and switched my car insurance to another company for the first time ever. More coverage and I saved myself $100.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the last thing is telling State Farm I am done with them although they may get notified without it since they cancelled something on my policy while I was quoting.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Woke ar 2am- wide awake- stayed in bed for an hour and then just decided to get up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Looked outside and we have a blanket of snow as predicted.. A couple of inches so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Maybe that's what woke me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Today's exercise will be some shoveling. The HOA only comes when there is a certain amt. of snowfall. Not sure this qualifies - yet. Put on better walking boots and get out later too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; currently I only have Merrells. I think ours were very outdated. Between those and new snow tires.. we are getting our safety standards up to date. This might be a reminder to check yours..       <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my big problems is I tend to try to go cold turkey - meaning I cut all the goodies out and I am good for a couple weeks - then I kind of go crazy - and start eating all kinds of stuff that I know I shouldn't! &amp;nbsp;I can't seem to be able to moderate myself! &amp;nbsp;Some say, just eat a tiny bit of something if you can't totally abstain, but this doesn't work for me. &amp;nbsp;Once I get a taste of it, I just keep going! &amp;nbsp;I have followed this pattern over and over and over again. &amp;nbsp;I can't seem to get a grip! &amp;nbsp;It wasn't so bad when I was younger because I could lose 5 lbs. in no time, but now, it takes forever to lose that much and by that time, I am binging again! &amp;nbsp;Grrrr! &amp;nbsp;I do exercise and I feel I do quite a bit considering my health issues and my age (73). &amp;nbsp;Maybe I am just doomed to be pleasantly plump now, which I am not happy about! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning everyone.&amp;nbsp; No workout for me today.&amp;nbsp; Trainer wants me to take a day off after leg day - which was yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I feel fine and my knee isn't bothering me at all this morning but I will do what the trainer says.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will be going to friend's house to play Mah Jong later this morning.&amp;nbsp; Haven't played in a couple of months or so.&amp;nbsp; It's quite a drive for me to go to where we play and I'll see how I feel after a couple of weeks but I'm toying with the idea of stopping altogether.&amp;nbsp; The drive to and from is difficult because of traffic, especially the drive home because of the time of day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone has a good Wednesday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I asked my doc , but he didn't seem engaged enough to understand what I was telling him..&amp;nbsp; I did alot of exploring online about them and decided Zepound was what I wanted.. costly - so I am waiting for the price to come down and maybe seek out someone experienced in this. From what I have read these peptides do cut down the " chatter" in one's head about eating. And I have alot of that. I am also cautious about my age in all this- But then I look at Oprah, Kathy Bates, and&amp;nbsp; others&amp;nbsp; they had success.. To me it's just another tool in the arsenal.. It is frightfully hard to drop pounds for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Keep&amp;nbsp; sharing- sometimes this alone helps!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone....usual for me today...a good long walk, and some leg exercises.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really didn't feel like going...I woke up during the night and took awhile to fall back, then i had two Really bad bouts of Gerd.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If I didn't know better, id swear I was having a massive heart attack...its thats painful.&amp;nbsp; I keep my pills and water on my nightstand, I couldn't get to it fast enough,&amp;nbsp; my gosh.&amp;nbsp; No rhyme or reason, I only ate 1/2 chicken sandwich and a salad , we ate out at Longhorns during the afternoon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So anyway, im tired and blah today....we all get those blah days, and feel a little down too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Good to talk about it, I dont hide my feelings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10138"&gt;@Laura14&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;hope your feeling more cheerful today, and so good you got that exercise in !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; My daughter will have to go back to her dr....the area of surgery is not doing well and is bothering her, maybe a bit inflammation.&amp;nbsp; Praying didn't spread.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Waiting to hear if she got an appt or I told her go to urgent care.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;No word on pathology report yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully her ultrasound on lymph nodes is good 👍&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My youngest daughter did not get the kitchen remodel job...but at least she's still working with her current employer...I think she picked up a few more hours...everything helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I'm going to have to get a new pair of sneakers...I think I'll go to Dicks sporting store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hubby saw me walking and he remarked at my feet turning in, so he said he'll take me for good pair and be a Christmas gift.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My feet are killing me.&amp;nbsp; Thats with memory foam insoles and heel gel pads....but they hurt even in the house lately for nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it's not neuropathy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Those of you that do long walks...any suggestions on brands, please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Think im finished with grandson's gifts...some Pokémon toys and Legos,&amp;nbsp; an outdoor soccer set,&amp;nbsp; a boxing punch bag🥊, and a Drone.&amp;nbsp; Like to find him a little bathrobe too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I need to start wrapping...I HATE WRAPPING.&amp;nbsp; I use mostly gift bags, but kids love to rip their gifts open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I saw your weather , those of you with freezing temps and snow,&amp;nbsp; BRRRRR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do your best to stay comfortable...and be careful on the ice....take care!!🎄&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Brooks and Asics were my go tos before I started with Vionics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually just got two more slipper pairs of Vionics and I am pretty good about walking with them at night when my feet and legs start to hurt. I have hardwood at home which doesn't help me at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find I can do better with shoes including Vionics elsewhere like Amazon or lately I've heard their site has been having some really good sales. Brooks and Asics are sold in stores and are easy to find out and about. Kohls sells Asics and they usually have some good coupons or sales too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope your daughter gets great news and you feel better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="heart" class="emoticon emoticon-heart" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_heart.png" alt="Heart" title="Heart" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
