I just had a series of blood work done and my vitiman B12 levels are very high over 1000. I have been supplementing my vitiman B for many years. Over the years my levels have been all over the map as shown below. I see the doctor that ordered the tests in early December. Thank you all

Lab

Nov 24, 2025 1233

My Doctors offices full blood panel

Jul 18, 2023 1,238 PG/ML

May 22, 2023 301 PG/ML

Jan 9, 2023 1,041 PG/ML

Mar 24, 2022 411 PG/ML

Aug 12, 2021 845 PG/ML

Jun 17, 2021 1,243 PG/ML

Apr 29, 2019 659 PG/ML

Feb 1, 2019 1,161 PG/ML

I started taking Vitamin B12 a couple of years ago when my levels were really low. Now when I get bloodwork done they are sometimes high. Like you I was worried it was too high, but my doctor was not worried about the high levels as this is a water soluble vitamin. Now instead of taking it everyday I take every two or three days.
