      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sure like a lot of you that are on Facebook, you see the ad for the Pilates bar a lot.&amp;nbsp; Well I got curious so went to the website to check it out, watched some videos - of course the ones on the website make it look good and easy to use.&amp;nbsp; Was wondering if anyone has one and what you think of it?&amp;nbsp; Is it easy to use?&amp;nbsp; Do you find it convenient to use?&amp;nbsp; What is the quality like?&amp;nbsp; I have this thought in my head of the bands snapping the more you turn the bar.&amp;nbsp; Is it easy to put together?&amp;nbsp; Are the exercise videos helpful?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So if you have the Pilates bar, I would like to hear your thoughts.&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do own a pilates reformer but mostly do resistance training w/weights &amp;amp; a bowflex home gym. I checked the Pilates bar, looks easy but I would think a sturdy pilates chair&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;w/attached resistance bands would be more helpful coz this seems more likely to cause injury if you mess up your form. If you are an experienced Pilates practitioner you could make this work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just recovering from a hamstring injury myself, my first time but those things are painful &amp;amp; take a while to heal. I am careful when I buy these new excercise tools.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have considered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tonal for myself but those things are expensive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
