    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I hope to start a walking program this week...the weather forcast &amp;nbsp;shows nicer weather ahead. &amp;nbsp;It has been terribly windy and rainy in my area.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I have used our stationary bike since December, 5ish nights a week...not a single pound lost..I also have a rebounder that I use.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I have never been an over eater so portion control is not my problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I am hoping walking outside will make the difference, but wondering if anyone has done a detox before starting a weight loss program?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I only have 10 lbs to lose....my clothes are not tight but my belly looks thick..I want to lose the belly.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My belly hasn't really ever been flat since my pregnancies but then again my last baby was almost 12 pounds. 😀&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope someone can help and maybe has some advice for hormonally induced weight gain around the middle&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34519"&gt;@Mom2Dogs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. I have ever yet to have success with it through the years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I did not have any babies, so my issue is not caused by pregnancy...I am 70 this year and typically always had a thin waist, no belly bulge....just in the last 2-3 years have I noticed this change in my body.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3" color="#FF0000"&gt;I am finding I feel a little uncomfortable.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My problem area is my belly too and I know it's from my high cortisol level. I read that walking is the best thing to get cortisol levels down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am going to aim for 3 miles a day, five days a week. Let's see if I can keep that up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm only 5'1 and 105 would not be a healthy weight for me. And I'm small boned so by that formula I would need to be around 100 lbs. That's very unrealistic for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have a small frame, and since I am a Type 1 diabetic, I need to carry as little weight as possible. At 140 ( which I weighed after my son) I felt really bad and I looked overweight. I modeled years ago and I am sure it colors my perceptions of what a "normal" weight is. Everyone was thinner than me&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/270411"&gt;@ThinkingOutLoud&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. Just look at Princess Kate. She is very thin and doesn't weigh anywhere near what the charts say she should be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can't target where the weight will come off but you can target building muscle in areas where you want to look more toned by exercising those muscles. Increasing muscle strength in specific areas will tighten&amp;nbsp;that area so it will appear more trim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
