      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So yesterday I had my lovely dentist appt...I got myself so worked up, BP was high 🥵...all in all, everything went well, no pain either.&amp;nbsp; Did a temp crown and will have the permanent in 2 weeks...the worst is over.&amp;nbsp; Next Tuesday just a cleaning.&amp;nbsp; After that I ran another tax document into HR BLOCK with my mouth all cockeyed and numb...whatever 🙄&amp;nbsp; When I got home, I felt like a train wreck,&amp;nbsp; so just took it easy, only did laundry,&amp;nbsp; rested on the couch.&amp;nbsp; Had a salmon burger I made day before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So today, I walked 2.30 miles, 39 minutes.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Housework counts too ladies....I took apart one of the bedrooms&amp;nbsp; moved furniture, vacuumed, and been washing several loads of bedding and throws I have everywhere for the dogs...im still at it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will roast a small turkey breast later...side of fresh broccoli and cheese...some sort of potatoes too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I should do my horses too...ill see.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Predicting rain here tomorrow,&amp;nbsp; much needed, we are in drought.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a wonderful&amp;nbsp; productive weekend,&amp;nbsp; all 🌞&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, this post was supposed to be in February...oops.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy April 1st everyone 🌞.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got my dental cleaning done today...went terrific,&amp;nbsp; I'm much relieved.&amp;nbsp; Only one appt left for crown and I'm done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yahooo!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@voilet runner, I saw orthopedic yesterday for hip pain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank God everything looks good...no arthritis and a good space between joints.&amp;nbsp; Funny thing he said, "you have beautiful hips " 😆😄&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; What he did see is a fluid filled sack on the outside of my hip, which looks like bursitis,&amp;nbsp; inflamed.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes goes away by itself, but since it's been several months with increased pain...ill have to take anti-inflammatory med for 2 weeks, and ice it.&amp;nbsp; He gave me a steroid shot to help jump start progression.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'll have to limit my walks to short spurts around my property for now...the over 2 mile walks are just aggravating the inflammation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live on 5 acres, I have 2 horses, so I can stay active right here, and gardening, and of course shopping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm looking forward to getting back out there, especially around the intracoastal, so beautiful here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This week we hit high 80"s and will go to 90 °&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone is staying well and I look forward to hearing about your walks, exercises...keep going!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When my right one first went, they thought it was bursitis too... and I got the whole cortisone/ anti inflammatory&amp;nbsp; regimen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also dry needling from&amp;nbsp; PTplus numerous exercises,&amp;nbsp; - you name it. It wasn't until I had an untrasound and then MRI that I got the news about the arthritis- and the rest is history... 2 years later and 2 new hip joints- I doubt seriously mine are as pretty as yours.. HA! I'm not complaining because I have no pain now- I even did several weeks with Sports Medicine at a University..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Today I was at the rec center in the morning. My cleaning ladies came and I took off and did some errands. I would have them come more often, but I feel it's a luxury- so they come about every 6 weeks or.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ok- the missing hiking stick has been found. One of my errands this morning was returning the new ones back to Amazon, The old one was in a boot tray - retracted down with a couple of boots on top of it. I don't recall retracting it or putting it there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;No April fool joke on me!!- Just a bad memory!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also took a nice walk. It's not&amp;nbsp; really nice out.. I needed my winter coat, but could forego my hat and gloves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; That's my news for&amp;nbsp; now..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; true to form,my Rockies suck so far!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#33CCCC"&gt;Happy Wednesday!&amp;nbsp; I had a full day conquering my workouts today.&amp;nbsp; 45 minutes spin, 20 minutes weights, and 15 minutes stretching and meditation on the Vibration plate.&amp;nbsp; I am going to bring in 70 strong!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#33CCCC"&gt;I hope those of you in the paths of storms stay safe.&amp;nbsp; We are supposed to get another ice storm, not as bad as the one over the weekend though.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#33CCCC"&gt;I just made a grilled tuna sandwich, so got my protein in after my workout, it is actually good.&amp;nbsp; I wasn't sure grilling tuna but hey I usually work out of the box!&amp;nbsp; haha&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#33CCCC"&gt;Have a safe and happy day!&amp;nbsp; Be the light!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#339966"&gt;Hello, today is done and dusted.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3 mile walk on the treadmill and 20 minutes Strength Lower body and it was hard!!&amp;nbsp; Had to take a couple breaks in between sets.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#339966"&gt;Just had my lunch, trying hard to keep the protein intake higher these days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#339966"&gt;Not snowing but very windy and of course it's trash day, my bin is tipped over outside but unless it opens I'm not going out to get it haha&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#339966"&gt;Will have my Granddaughter at 3 for a few hours.&amp;nbsp; Since the Mackinaw Bridge was closed the place my son works didn't get trucks in to deliver their products so now he has to go to work late today, to get deliveries out.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#339966"&gt;Hoping everyone is safe in the paths of these storms.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My exercise for the day?&amp;nbsp; Bought 2 pair of Brooks shoes that were on sale.&amp;nbsp; They should be here on Saturday.&amp;nbsp; Last year, my DD and Kate who used to post on this board, told me about Brooks shoes.&amp;nbsp; Bought a pair and loved them so went back and bought another pair.&amp;nbsp; Amazon has the Ghost 16 on sale so bought 2 more.&amp;nbsp; I'm now set for a while.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a beautiful day here so may get out for a walk later.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With the tariffs a reality now- good to buy them before the cost goes up. I am thinking of buying a pr of HOKAs just to have on hand.. They are already expensive- can't imagine the price higher..But I do love my shoes!! I may look at Brooks too- I had a pr. once and liked them.&amp;nbsp; I did buy the recent Vionics TSV in black. I got last year's version and really liked them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for capris- not having much luck in that dept. In fact ., taking a pr to Whole Foods this morning to return to Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;We had some spitting snow as I call it last evening. Nothing stuck- My friend and i did get out for a walk as the clouds came in and wind picked up- still was decent enough out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;That and my rec center workout was my exercise yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Have a good Friday..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8632"&gt;@bopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; hope you had a good time with your granddaughter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Friday everyone...@bopper, I admire your 3 mile walk, and for sure lower body strength is tougher, but it's going to pay off! GOOD FOR YOU!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I remember those squats and lunges 😑.&amp;nbsp; Our lower body,especially legs is the 1st place to weaken...thats a reason many can't get up after a fall.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I haven't weight trained in a long time, and I used be one of those gym rats....always there, snow, blizzards, storms...couldn't keep me away.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far I'm managing to get between 2 miles and up walking each day...its mostly around my property and throwing the ball to my dogs, and I started walking my dogs at 6pm with a girl across the street.&amp;nbsp; She asked if she can walk one of them, for a little extra cash,&amp;nbsp; so I said ok and I'll walk my other, which is calmer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on Aleve 2x a day...im not feeling much pain and no limping, but I get some radiating pain at times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other day, tooooo much in Walmart, pushing an overloaded, cockeyed cart, then I deliberately parked very, very far away for the extra walk 🙄.&amp;nbsp; The cart was so hard to push, I was literally horizontal walking through the lot 😓.&amp;nbsp; Came home and after unloading&amp;nbsp; I iced my hip.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So for today, did some heavy cleaning&amp;nbsp; and picked up some rugs and matts around the house to hose down outside.&amp;nbsp; Keeping my Pacer in my pocket and it's calculating close to 2 miles already...and I plan on walking the dogs later and doing my horses...so hope this helps ...have not lost 1 ounce of weight,&amp;nbsp; not a penny...regardless 🤷‍♀️.&amp;nbsp; I just could use like 5 lbs off...but noooooo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great weekend all!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning everyone.&amp;nbsp; It's a beautiful day here - no wind.&amp;nbsp; Yea!&amp;nbsp; I did my 24 minute around the complex walk in 23 minutes today!&amp;nbsp; Wahoo!!&amp;nbsp; Progress!&amp;nbsp; LOL&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Will add a little bit more distance next time to get closer to 30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Knee did ok, felt it getting a little swollen but no pain and it feels fine now that I'm home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope everyone has a good Friday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
