@wagirl - A Smart Meter is either a stand-alone, circular shaped, electricity meter reader attached to a home, or it can be an entire bank of electricity meters placed together in a single location for an apartment complex. As you live in an apartment, is there a grouping of electric meters on the outside or inside of your apartment unit building, or is there a group of electric meters placed together somewehre separate from the outside apartment wall/building f(or on the inside of your building as depicted below) or your unit? An electric meter is used by utility workers to bill you for your personal electric consumption in your apartment.

Here is one such image of a group of Smart Meters, which give a digital readout: Note the rectangular digital readout section inside of each circular, plastic-encased meter.

:There is a video of Smart TVs emitting a lot of radiation even after they are turned off in a Youtube entitled "

Smart TVs emit high EMF radiation, even when turned off"

Oh, and you can try a cup of chamomile without sugar at about 7 pm, rather than immediately prior to bedtime, so there will be no chance a full bladder might wake you up in the middle of the night. That's what I do.

tracking my sleep

I have chronic insomnia--have for the last 4 years, especially, due to some major life changes but have never been a great sleeper in my life. Am doing some CBT , a type of therapy, and the other suggested things too. I tried to track my sleep with my apple watch--but it is not easy to get set up--for me anyway---and I hate wearing anything on my wrist in bed. So I found and bought a ring that will track most everything the watch can, only from your finger. Didn't buy the ones that were hundreds of $$----but found a very reasonable priced one from AMZ. Got one night tracked but forgot to set it up for last night---The first nights results were very interesting--said I got 6 1/2 hrs of sleep--normal----WHAT??? I wish I got that many hours EVERY night---good grief----guess I just need to keep going on this---is very comfortable to wear tho.

Might ask about a meditation practice. I stumbled into mine in my 30s during yoga. I had to work on it, it was hard for me to silence my mind.

The night during shavasana when my back finally released is still a distinct memory. Took a while more to release my neck.

I would ask my doctor for a sleep study. If you feel that you don't sleep well only a sleep study will give you the right answers. You could have a sleep disorder and think it is something else. It is so important to our health to take care of our sleep.

Definitely not safe for everyone and your situation must be evaluated by your doc or a specialist. I wish I got that many hours EVERY night---good grief----guess I just need to keep going on this---is very comfortable to wear tho.

get a sleep study, they are done at home

its worth it

Went to nearly all the heart drs at this practice I go to, during the last 30 years--all of them told me--- THEY WON'T KILL YOU!!! But still don't have a name for it. I do take a beta blocker to keep them at bay.
Can't do any caffiene at all and some meds--well most of the ones I've tried, have messed with these palps.. Not afraid of it, just is very uncomfortable and interrupts my sleep.
