      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I have lost and kept off close to 80 lbs in the last 6 years. I went from a 2 x to a Medium. I see what the scale says and what I look like in the mirror&amp;nbsp;but my brain still has not caught up to my body. Does this make sense to anyone else? Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have heard about it. &amp;nbsp;I have the opposite problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I was always thin and still think I am until I see a picture of myself. &amp;nbsp;Yikes! &amp;nbsp;That motivates me to hunker down and lose a few pounds.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Take a picture every now and again. &amp;nbsp;That should help you see the reality of your weight loss.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Congratulations on your weight loss and being able to navigate maintance.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I lost 70 lbs 5 years ago by doing it the old fashioned way...diet and exercise. I never put it back on because I continue to diet and exercise, I'll do this for life. Do I see myself as still fat?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Very common with people who lost a large amount of weight.&amp;nbsp; Some of us eventually get over it, some don't.&amp;nbsp; I have not gotten over it.&amp;nbsp; I "see" myself as much heavier.&amp;nbsp; I don't shop in brick and mortar stores because I Always bring size 20, sometimes 22 into the dressing room.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm a 12 on top, 14 on the bottom.&amp;nbsp; I can't see it.&amp;nbsp; When I bought a swim suit last summer, I refused to accept the sizing chart.&amp;nbsp; I thought it had to be wrong.&amp;nbsp; So I bought one...returned it.&amp;nbsp; Bought another....returned it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Third time was the charm.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Even shopping with QVC, I'll sometimes buy an XL and then have to return it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My mind sees me at a size 20 and I can't do anything about that.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
