I still ache but it's nothing like it was before I added certain foods to my diet. I don't have trouble walking my dog anymore. But too much is very bad.

My test results were high but not quite to a diagnosis level. The memory doctor gave me a list of foods to eat and other actions to take that help reduce amyloid.

I've been doing what the memory doctor said and can tell a difference myself.

I go back tomorrow for another memory test and I'm pretty confident it'll be better than last August.

there are some natural things that work well for me--peppermint tea is good for a sour stomach and I have a herbal tea mix I drink that soothes my aching guts during a bout of diverticulitis---ginger and pineapple and papaya are good for stomach stuff. Honey and lemon in hot water--with a shot of bourbonis good---for whatever ails you-- tonic water for restless legs---cranberries for kidney issues----

Never heard of gut health? Microbiome? Hmm... plenty of sources out there. Start reading and see what you think. You might have to be a little open minded. I had a doctor tell me if a "food" has an ingredient list then it's not real food.

The food industry doesn't care about your health and the medical industry doesn't care about nutrition. Know your options and make the best informed decisions you can.
