I take mostly AL supplements because they have absolutely no "fillers". I react in a negative way to fillers.

The Marine Collagen Peptides are just wonderful. They immediately work on my system resulting in strong nails...so I’m assuming they are working in a positive way in my entire body!

I just ordered some ...

would love to hear if anybody has noticed a difference from taking it.

I also ordered his newer "Mushroom" supplement. Ordered a small bottle and feel it does make a difference in my immunity, so I ordered a larger bottle to continue taking it.

No haven't tried the supplements you mention. So can't help you. I take numerous AL supplements can't imagine life without them. I've added "Women's Elite 200" sold on his website, it's simplified having to take separate various supplements. Why not call AL toll free number located on each bottle, and ask them I've found the cs team excellent knowledgeable with any questions.

The pomegranate is to increase immune function and so is the mushroom complex.

I am already finding the mushroom one is giving me more energy.
Have not received the pomegranate one yet!
