I am so tired of trying to figure out meals for one within my budget that will be healthy. I dont like red meat. I am 40 minutes away from a grocery store so having fresh produce for salads has limits.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'm just glad that this issue isn't a part of my New Year's resolutions anymore. I never had a weight issue until I developed lung cancer in 2004. My body broke and became very insulin resistant. My body could not handle injesting all those carbs anymore (sugars/grains) and the seed oils.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;So for about 20 years I kept gaining weight no matter what I did to change the situation. I didn't want to believe injesting carbs was the problem (even fruits are bowls of sugar - fruit today are hybridized to be much more sweet - it is not the same fruit of thousands of yrs ago)...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;...until I did.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Changing our lifestyle in 2018 was the key...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Having reached &amp;amp; maintained my goal weight after a 120+ lb loss is a great feeling.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I wish everyone the best if they are currently on a weight loss journey or about to start one. Great job !&amp;nbsp; For many many years I ate whatever and just thought it was ok as long as I took my diabetes meds. As I have noted here before it took a staph infection post right knee replacement in 2019 and having to go through a host of antibotics then a repeat replacement in 2020 during the pandemic &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;for me to wake up and smell the roses so now I eat the same breakfast and the same salad for dinner everynight since 2020 and I have gone from about 170 down to 127. I don't eat lunch. With my highest weight ever of 254 it's a great feeling and I have so much more energy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You have to make the decision to improve your health and yes it's worth it. I can wear a small and sometimes xtra small.&amp;nbsp; I have given away clothes to the Goodwill from size med up to a size 1x that I had for years.&amp;nbsp; Again great job losing the weight ! &amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not diet but just exercise for a couple of hours every day, Every Day.&amp;nbsp; I used to do several hours but now in my '60's I have decreased the duration&amp;nbsp;of my cardio.&amp;nbsp; I realize some are not able to exercise and have to watch the amount of food intake to keep the pounds at bay.&amp;nbsp; I have had to adjust my portion sizes with the less cardio I do now but I did not adjust&amp;nbsp;my diet.&amp;nbsp; I will give up sugar and cheese when I can no longer bike, walk and climb 10 flights of stairs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no choice in the matter. I was put on Mounjaro 2.5 years ago for Diabetes and I have not died yet. I am down 85 pounds. I take 1 shot per week, no problems with it. I will never be off of the medication, I am on it for life. My Diabetes numbers are those of someone without Diabetes. If I had a choice, I would do it. I needed to lose weight. I don't think it is for everyone though. I am happy that my obesity and diabetes were put into check before I suffered diseases from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did buy the walking poles that the Q has, I am excited to use them once my broken foot heals.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ugh &amp;nbsp;I had daily nausea vomiting and diarrhea after traveling to Thailand. Lasted seven weeks. I surely don't need to pay for that lol&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
