One of my sons was into 'Bulletproof' coffee maybe 5 or 6 years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The maker of the coffee was inspired by Tibetan butter tea.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No cream is needed. I've been drinking it black for about 15 years to reduce calories. But my brother, who is a bone specialist, told me to increase my milk intake, so I figured this is one easy way to do it. Not sure what ghee would would do for me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF00FF"&gt;I tried my coffee this morning with a tablespoon of Ghee! &amp;nbsp;I still added my collagen powder, 2 tsps sugar in the raw and half-n-half. &amp;nbsp;It tasted good! &amp;nbsp;Ghee has a natural nutty flavor so it did taste like a nutty flavored coffee. &amp;nbsp;Obviously after only one cup (one cup for me is my 16 oz thermal cup), I don't know if I noticed a difference in the way I feel, but I'll keep it up since I like the taste. &amp;nbsp;I also like adding a cinnamon stick to my coffee so I may try that tomorrow.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
