    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I too have a lot of stifness. Pinterest &amp;nbsp;has been helpful in searching stretches for this problem. I have a theragun that helps alot for this and for the botton of my feet for planter fascitits. Worth the cost, for sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you ever had stiff hamstrings?&lt;BR /&gt;Every day I do Yoga stretches, but it's not helping.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm thinking maybe I need a new mattress.&amp;nbsp; My current mattress is 12+ years old;&amp;nbsp; plus my pup sleeping &lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;sideways&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; in the bed doesn't help.&lt;BR /&gt;Your ideas are appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's easy... w-a-l-k. I'm 70 and been doing a walking regime for 5 years now. Lost a lot of weight and am determined to keep it off. I have no aches or pains, my health is excellent (I'm a type 1 diabetic). Exercise helps with so many things. Give it a try. I'm sure your doctor would agree!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
