      <description>&lt;P&gt;I take it and it keeps me regular. It's a great source of fiber and supports good gut health. Before I started taking psyllium, I was very irregular and I would go through bouts of diarrhea, constipation, bloating and gas. Not any more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to drink a lot water when you take psyllium. That's partially how it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Metamucil is a brand of a psyllium blend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I put it in my morning hot choc ---I have no issues with any harsh side effects or bloating. It is a prebiotic as well.
