    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Many people gained weight during the pandemic and I gained after!! I have 30 lbs to lose!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I am starting to follow a clean eating food plan that I found online and it seems really good. You get to eat alot of food and you dont have to pay anything other than buying your food at the store!&amp;nbsp; There is so much good information online about clean eating and its not hard to do and from what I read you never go hungry eating this way. That sounds good to me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You just eat clean, unprocessed food, no junk food, eat real food, one ingredient type food and not a ton of ingredients. Veggies, fruit, whole grains, fish, chicken, beans etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;my eating is out of control and I've gained nine pounds in the past few weeks. Gaaah 😔 for all my good intentions to lose it on my own without paying for a program, that isn't working. I need the daily structure of a plan. This one seems easier to work into my life than that crazy point system of WW. I will be logging my food intake and staying within a calorie range. Some weight loss plans even free ones, require adherence to specific meals and recipes. I will do much better with making my own food based on things my husband and I like. Then logging it on the app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Hoping for success, one day at a time&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I began a walking regime, noticed I began to lose weight, adjusted my eating, continued walking, this was 4 years ago. I lost 70 lbs, kept it off by eating no carbs, still don't eat carbs. But I walk, walk, walk. I'm slim (5'8" 140lbs) and have no intention of gaining any of my weight back again. No one need to spend money on a diet program. Diets don't work. JMO&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm lucky I can still walk from point A to point B. Glad it worked for you. There is probably something I could do to increase my physical activity.
