      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both are collagen. 'Undenatured' means natural collagen, not altered by heat. 'Hydolyzed' means altered collagen to make it into pieces&amp;nbsp;of smaller protein bits usually done by heating collagen to break it up. "BioCell" is a patented brand name of hydrolyzed collagen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Undenatured&amp;nbsp;is not as absorbable as hydrolyed collagen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I take collagen with all 5 types capsules daily. But, I also take UC Collagen II cap daily, that is the Undenatured one you are asking about. That one comes recommended by the Arth Org, which is why I take it, I have one arthritic knee.&amp;nbsp; In their testing that one faired the best results. There is a thread from about 2 weeks ago here too on this subject.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
