I don't want one sugar loaded. Gosh there are so many. Please help. Thank you in advance for any advice. Have a great day.

Definitely look up Andrew Lessman's Whey Isolate, and see if you can watch a video explanation. There's a difference in the form of whey and he explains that whey isolate is best. I like that his is unflavored so it doesn't give a competing flavor with the assorted ingredients in a smoothie.

I have been using NOW Whey Protein Isolate in the natural vanilla for several years now and love it. 0 grams Sugar, 0.5 grams fat, 2 grams carbohydrate per serving. 25 grams protein per serving. It is microfiltered and loaded with bcaas (branched chain amino acids). Isolate is the form of whey that you want as it is taken up by your muscles quickly and it avoids the gastric problems that the concentrate form of whey often creates.

This is a very good product.

I also add ginger, turmeric, beet root powder and a hot cinnamon. Plus I add a probiotic powder (Klaire Labs Therbiotic).

When summer is in full swing I'll use fresh peaches sometimes. Peaches and Vanilla are one of my favorite flavor combos.

I buy the NOW protein on Amazon almost always. I have also gotten it at LuckyVitamin.com from time to time. I just look for the best price. Amazon usually has it from a few different vitamin/supplement companies.

I was on a juice fast and although I never used a protein powder there were people who did. Go to the site called just on juice. The creator of the site said that if people had to use a protein powder which one to use because it was straight protein. No flavoring or anything like that. But I can't remember what it was called. I tried to look real quick but I don't have much time. I found itin the comments of many of his different topics. Good luck.

However, I almost always add about a tablespoon of cocoa powder when I made my smoothies. It tastes good whether I use strawberries, cherries, or mixed berries. I will add stevia for the sweetener.

All drugstores/G.N.C./Vitamin Shoppe stores carry protein powders. I do not buy chocolate flavored because I always mix mine in a drink shaker with apple juice, ice cube, & yogurt, Vanilla only works in my receipe. Walgreen's brand doesn't dissolve well, but tastes delicious. "Muscle Milk" probably is the best money can buy. I should have started mine years ago. I also add a little coffee creamer to my drink.
