Costco Hams recalled due to potential listeria contamination.

This recall is not listed on the USDA site or FDA site yet. Costco has a recall page with just details about this recall above. Photos are right there on the page. Products were sold in N. California, Bay Area and Nevada.

@Mindy D Sorry to read this, but I'm sure Costco will make good on these. It would not stop me from buying them. These hams are delicious and so are the turkey breasts that are sold.

@coffee drinker @It's only for specific lot numbers. The information tells customers how they can get their money back. It's not for these hams all over the country, or for all dates. Anyone with a ham should check to ensure the ham they have is not one of the contaminated hams.They can then get alternate hams or refunds if that is what Costco is doing.

Wasn't happy with the last Kroger ham so may try Costco this holiday.

@rockygems123 You didn't ask me but-- if you open the link in the 1st post, you'll see what they look like. They are not sliced and are not glazed. They are very good.

@rockygems123 The Master Carve hams are cut in assorted sizes but not sliced. It's one solid piece. There is no coating but the user could make their own glaze for it, if they desired. DH prefers a saltier ham over a sweet one, Don't misunderstand me, though. It's not overly salty, just not sweet. It's fully cooked so all I have to do is heat it. I get them a few times throughout the year.

We've purchased those before and have used for sandwiches, making small pots of soup etc. but not for a meal.

That is a great idea! As you say, no waste and they are consistently good
