I haven't been doing Keto but rather low carb. It took me six months just to lose twenty pounds. I just this week started doing OMAD and counting calories. Hope this helps. They have supplied some numbers which you will replace with your own. &amp;nbsp;FYI - set your activity as sedentary and body fat to 30% if you want to lose weight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually use the Carb Manager app daily for planning and tracking my foods. It also has a similar type calculator for setting your macros, so the Diet Buddy isn't even necessary, IMO. &amp;nbsp;Just remember, planning what you're going to eat in advance will set you up for success. &amp;nbsp;Logging your foods after you've already eaten them will show a lot of "oopses" because we tend to underestimate when we're guessing at serving amounts. &amp;nbsp;Weigh and measure everything. For your meats, the weight you enter is for the raw state. Do your best not to exceed your protein. &amp;nbsp;Be sure to take electrolytes, they are non-negotiable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm here, if I can be of any help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck to you. 🌻&lt;/P&gt;</description>
