<title>topic whey protein concentrate vs. whey isolate in Wellness</title>
    <link>https://community.qvc.com/t5/Wellness/whey-protein-concentrate-vs-whey-isolate/m-p/148532#M2319</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am looking for a protein powder to supplement my low protein intake. Don't eat that much and don't eat beef or pork and chicken, fish maybe twice a month. Don't know whether the concentrate would be better or if the isolate would be better. I am not pumping iron or exercising heavily, just want more protein. What has been your experience for those that take it? I am looking at Jarrow and Optimum Nutrition as examples.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
