If you are or have been taking this, have you had a dental procedure and then problems with your jaw bone?

A long time ago I had an IV once-yearly dose of Zometa. No issues with dental care but I had a very serious adverse reaction to the Zometa. Long story but I ended up having cervical spine surgery which prevented me from going paralyzed from the neck down. My doctor wanted me to have another dose of the Zometa but not after what was discovered on my neck bones that lead to the surgery.

Omg! I am so sorry you had this awful experience. Scary would be an understatement. I'm glad you avoided further problems and are better now.
