    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34672"&gt;@wagirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;@My dad liked them too and ate them every morning. He just put prunes in a bowl and added water to cover, then microwaved for a couple minutes. After they cooled he put in the refrigerator. In a few days the water became prune juice. I think both are delicious. Years ago there was a Breakstone yogurt flavor called Prune Whip. It was my favorite.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen the recipe but will look for it. When my mom made cranberry sauce she would add slices of lemon along with the sugar. I think lemon would be a great addition to stewed dried fruits of any kind.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There was some sort of digestion discussion in the Wellness forum recently where a person shared their method of stewing mixed dried fruits for better digestion.&amp;nbsp; I can't find it now, DOH!&amp;nbsp; All I remember is that it included apricots and a cinnamon stick.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Can anyone point me to it or if you posted that recipe, would you mind sharing again? Thanks!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Thanks everyone!&amp;nbsp; LOL makes sense the thread title would be constipation. &lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.png" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I made it this morning and it's too delicious to be "food as medicine."&amp;nbsp; I got dried apricots, tart cherries (also supposed to be good for joints), prunes and golden raisins.&amp;nbsp; For spice I added cinnamon, a couple of cardamom pods, a pinch of ground cloves and a little dried ginger.&amp;nbsp; Wow!&amp;nbsp; The whole house smelled amazing, too.&amp;nbsp; It will be hard to limit myself it tastes so good.&amp;nbsp; I'll be having it with yogurt or on my oatmeal.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I recently read that prunes are excellent for bone health, another benefit.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My grandmother firmly believed in stewed&amp;nbsp;apples for that.&amp;nbsp; I loved eating them and she made them quite often.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I loved more her apple and apricot fried pies!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
