Do people really need this. We used to do these exercising with a chair or just the belt standing up. I started doing exercising years ago, 62 to be exact and we did not have all this stuff they sell now, just used our bodies.

To me and that is just me, it's a waste of money.

Don't want to offend anyone, but watching it made me shake my head. Maybe I'm missing something.

Enlighten me if I'm wrong.

Many purchases we make are not out of need but as a way to improve one's life. Some do and some go by the wayside. If a person watches and listens to the sell long enough they will be motivated and believe it will do the trick for them. But as many exercise equipment purchases go, they will get used for a while and used less and less, unless it really suits a person and they may stick with it. I think they try to put a small gym together so you have everything you need in one item. Looking at the reviews on the other Fitcube the negatives were along the lines of difficult to use because of having balance issues. Not for seniors or if you have joint issues and would be good for a young energetic person.

I do not believe the Fitt Cube has anything to do w/ Fitbit. Fitbit is a device you wear on your arm that measures steps, heart rate etc. I LOVE my Fitbit.

I can see where the Fitt Cube could be of value to people who live in small houses or apartments, who want to stay in shape, but don't have room for large equipment. Or maybe it will help someone who wants to get more active, but for whatever reason just won't/can't go to gym or outside for a walk. I'm for anything that motivates people to move. If the Fitt Cube helps them, awesome.

Would I use it? No, but then I have lots of room for fitness equipment, which we use and because my favorite forms of exercise is running, hiking and pilates.

My opinion is a person can do the things a fitbit does on their own and save a ton of money, but its their money.

Just through the years, I have seen so much exercise equiptment , that is new, but old and you can do on your own.

If it helps a person to exercise, so be it and it's therir money. I guess I just have an opinion, because of exercising for 62 years and started with Jack LaLanne bands and weights that a lot of this stuff seems a waste. I do believe in treadmills, bikes,

things that you can use that really help. Yes, you can walk outside, and I do, but in snow, or rain, a treadmill and bike help to keep up your exercise in bad weather.

It's hard for me to explain. I just feel, some of these things they sell are things you can use your own body weight to do. Remember the big ball all the gyms were using to do things you could do on the floor, using your own body weight.

I'm not comdeming people for buying, just coming from old school and have and do what the fitbit does, but without the fitbit. If a person feels that is what they need, then so be it.

I truly don't understand the opposition to QVC selling the Fiit cube, which has nothing to do to do with Fitbit, something that has been stated erroneously on this thread as well as another I read.

just because it isn't something you, yourself, would use....do you not understand that other customers might like to purchase this item? If I lived in a smaller home, I'd buy it. I don't need it where I live now...already have three different types of home exercise equipment as well as a gym down the street.

It would not make me feel confident since there are no handle bars to help with balance.

If you are already fit and have good balance, that wouldn't be an issue. Not every thing that QVC sells, is going to be for everybody.
