What is this?

I was standing in line at a store, and both women and in line in front of me with their backs to me, had a slight shaking of their heads going on. I wonder if they even realized it....Parkinson's perhaps...early onset? Yes, they were both "older".

@SeaMaiden - It was likely Parkinson's or some other kind of functional neurological disorder. These problems seem to be far more common these days.

My brother who is an older man has these head tremors and I have them in my hands at times. I don't hink are related to Parkinson's disease in our case.

Many years ago, my late best friend had hand tremors which at times held her back from writing. She was a coffee drinker, daily cups and cups of coffee throughout the day. This went on for years. She was eventually diagnosed with nerve damage from all the caffeine and that included soda.

I could say more about what I think but I will stop here.

My husband had Parkinson's, but didn't have head tremors. Of course, each case is different, but his tremors were confined, thankfully, to his right hand,

The women most likely were suffering from 'essential tremor'. My late husband had Parkinson's, had tremors in his hand and foot but not his head.
