Yes - Agreed.

I review the ingredient deck (which I do every so often).

Thus allowing me to buy less because some of his vitamins offer me enough of a particular thing (such a D - included in several) so I no longer purchase a separate D.

I no longer buy a separate B 12 either for the same reason.

I try to be on top of what I buy as to not buy twice if you know what I mean.

I do love his Fibermucil, ditto for his line of Eye supplements and Co Enzyme Q10.

His Circulation and Vein Support is a wonder product for me and I use his Whey powder for added nutritional support as I am not a meat eater and my diet needs it for healthy bones etc.

Mostly I adore learning from him...he is one very smart cookie.

It's available in several different serving sizes for me it's - (item #717-270).

It's my go to for 100 servings in a bag, not a large container so it's easier to store as I use more of it.

Currently HSN's pricing is $109.90 (for that particular size bag)....I'd wait until Lessman's on the channel for a visit.

That's when his prices go down, or when they offer a site-wide 20% coupon off on any item. I've often used the oupon for his stuff.

I mix the protein powder in the blender with some 1% or non fat milk (maybe 1/4 cup) and a hand full of peanuts or cashews - the no salt variety nuts..for flavor and blend to a smoothie consistency.

It's failry tasty and helps me get a protein boost.

Thanks so much. I also am a nonmeat eater, but will have tuna now and then. So, I'm always looking to add some protein.

I know the usual items, but it's nice to have options!

Sorry I'm a little overwhelmed right now. We are going to gut kitchen to remodel. Ordering custom cabinets. Have so much on my mind on what we need to get done.

Been wanting to do it for a while just did not know where to start so I just called a guy in town that was recommended by one of DH's aunts. The guy showed up the next day & have been going crazy. LOL!!!

Before the guy showed up I thought about the monthly special & posted it since he was running late.

My mind is running million miles an hour. Had to stop & take a break.

Kind of know what you are going thru. Had the master bathroom remodeled. Seven weeks of living out of a smaller bathroom and half of my bedroom being confiscated and sealed off so the dust/debris would not go any further into the house.

I thought of remodeling the kitchen of this 29 year old home, but even the thought of it puts a cramp in my brain! ha!

This house was built in 1980. We bought it in 1984. A refinery here closed & the architect that lived here got transferred to Houston. He had added on a dining room with covered patio & made some changes to the kitchen. If he had not done that we would not have bought this house because there was no place to sit down to eat.

I have been looking at other houses but have not found one I would sell ours for. Most are too dark. We have lots of south windows with lots of light. To find a house we would buy it would cost over $300,000 so not spending that. Our house is paid for & don't want a mortgage so we have to do the kitchen or I'm not staying here.

We have already remodeled the bathrooms. We have one that we will eventually remove the tub to put in walk in shower only. Still use a tub but doubt I will be able to get in out of one when we get older.

I will post pics when done. Who know when that will be. LOL!!!

@Nightowlz Have another ChocoNuvo convert! Gave one of my 74% to another co-worker, and she loved it. She ended up purchasing some on HSN, but her husband wanted the 66%, so she got that instead of the 74%.

She also ended up getting Essential 1 too!

Think Andrew needs to start paying me a percentage of his profits, because I have turned so many people on to his products, just by sharing my ChocoNuvo pieces.

I bought the 30 count of the ultimate friendly flora. I can't tell you how much of a game changer it has been. My stomach and digestive system was so messed up. Taking a biologic it can suppress the immune system and I think I had a overgrowth of yeast in my gut. Within two days I saw major improvement. Havent had any issues for about the 3 weeks I have taken them. Usually with supplements you think they are doing your body good but you really don't know for sure. I had issues so I know for sure these are helping. Going to be buying the 6 month supply here soon.

Just purchased the 1000 count of Fibermucil. I was lower than I thought on the current container of 1000. Always appreciate the heads up from @Nightowlz on products and specials for the month. Better check how my Vitamin D stash is looking.

I was out of a lot so it was a mortgage payment for me this visit.

I was glad he didn't have anything new.

I noticed he didn't do any variety hours, just the TS hours.

Unless my tv didn't record those for some reason.

He was also on Monday night with Adam with a few of the usual suspects.
